Milano's Pizza, Frankston TX

We fell in love with yalls pizza! We ordered our regular Friday night. For the 3rd time in a row, it was missing toppings we had pay for. I didn't call in the last time because mistakes happen. This time I did call, they comp'd a pizza. Which we ordered tonight. We got a chicken spinach Alfredo add breakfast bacon. Normally the spinach is under the cheese and in every bite, chicken is absolutely amazing with bacon in all the bites. We the crust is perfect with a lil crisp. Amazing pizza, the best! This pizza was under cooked and bland. The spinach was scarce at best and on top and burnt. Tho the pizza it's self under cooked and doughy. This is the 3rd time in a row of a bad experience during the night shift. I'm so sorry to leave a one star because at first ot was the best pizza in ETX

Cold food terrible service. Just drive anywhere else. We need a new pizza place in frankston

Ordered my pizza online from the Frankston store. Pizza was hot and fresh, and ready on time as promised. The staff was friendly and courteous. I will definitely be going back! Thanks Milano's!

This pizza place is the nastiest place I have ever had the honor to work at Shane has no business owning a restaurant he says it is ok for the dough to set out on the counter all night and then sale it to his Customers and he doesn't care if any of his imployees clean equipment or the floor I know for a fact there are big in some of his equipment and he thinks that is ok too.i would recommend eating there unless you want to take a chance at catching food poison if anyone would like to see the text messages where Shane personally told me that he leaves the dough out all night on purpose hit me up I have ever text he ever sent me saved I hope he gets his act together and starts running his restaurants like they should be ran but from what I hear from people that went to his gym it wasn't to clean either so maybe he has a cleaning problem. It's not my problem anymore.hope he gets everything he wants out of his business

Tonite I took my boys out for pizza, we arrived and pulled us some sodas out of the fridge and took a seat. They were busy with many calls for takeout etc, it took about 15 minutes to actually get to our table (we were the only inside customers) but we aren’t pushy A holes who don’t have any patience we understood that many others want to eat as well with take out orders.
Once our order was taken the food came out quickly and when we got it to our table it was HOT and delicious. So to the two working (biker dude and older momma gal) was nice and polite and believe me I run my own business I understand the job pull out there are lazy good for nothings. I want to leave this review to say THANK YOU for showing up for work tonite and making my sons and I a delicious HOT dinner.

If you are playing golf at Pine Dunes and don't order Milano's after your round, you aren't doing life right. Great pie. Supreme is a must order.

I just finished a delicious cheeseless mushroom and black olive pizza. The crust was absolutely amazing, and the sauce was perfect. Thank you!

This place is huge riboff.first of all my grill chicken salad did not have much chicken or olives and one half cup ranch it is supposed to have two cup full and lot of chicken, I mean you are paying almost 10 buck for salad I can buy from th store for 3 dollars. My gyro tasted nasty and dry. Pizza was media and I don't like to buy food from large women wearing pajama shorts and tank top with sandal with messy hair. I know However that is a smoll down but wow you are working in a restaurant. How they don't get busted by the health inspector? I will never know. You stole my money pretty much. I never come back here again. The owner will just delete this review because he is scammer.

Wouldn't recommend delivery or ordering ahead, neither one are ever on time. The food itself is decent, especially the grilled chicken salad.

Edit- also wouldn't recommend coming in at night or you should check your items before you leave.
The grilled chicken salad was sloppily made, had hardly any chicken or veggies, mostly just mozzarella, lettuce and croutons. Both ranch cups were only a quarter full. Have ordered this salad a few times before and this was definitely a first.

I ordered my pizza at 5: 00 and I know that’s a busy time but that’s no reason for it to take Almost 4 hours for it to be delivered, I got my pizza at 8: 50. And then 2 of my pizzas were burnt and cold at that. Save yourself the trouble and go to the flint location

The pizza was late, cold, and not right also the wing container was smashed. The first 2 times I've ordered it took 2 and a half hours to arrive. They've messed up 3 out of 5 orders so far. This time in particular the delivery driver had a passenger who was driving her around and the driver was smoking. I keep giving this place a chance and it keeps proving that it doesn't deserve one. Its pretty obvious at this point that its only successful because its the only pizza joint in town. You would be better off making your own pizza tbh.

Flavor is all that’s missing. This place is clean, very clean. I appreciate this very much. Staff was friendly and helpful, they really wanted us to enjoy our meal and it showed by their recommendations and willingness to prepare the food as we pleased. While I did appreciate the freshness of the food, it lacked seasoning. It came down to the sauce. I just couldn’t taste it and that is a key component to any great Pizza. Even the pepperoni was bland. Cheese was nice, the dough was not typical of a quality pizza however it was fresh tasting, but bland as well. Not sure if this is just how Frankston TX like their Pizza, or if it was just an off day.but just a little bit of attention to flavor and maybe don’t bury the pepperoni in cheese, let it crisp and bring out that great flavor, give the pie some texture rather than have everything soft and soggy? I would really like to come back and try something else, give Milano another chance.

The people who work there are kind and work great together. Also, the restaurant is clean.
