Milano's Pizza Bullard Texas

We love going to Milano’s in Bullard. The Owner is amazing, makes everyone feel special. We frequent the place and every employee there is great. It’s great to walk into a place where everyone there knows your name, they treat you like family. The food is good and the drinks are too! If you haven’t already, try it out!

2nd best Milano’s in the Tyler area, but it’s a very close race between here and Overton. The food could be better here, BUT they serve delicious adult beverages, whereas Overton does not, like a bunch of gay dudes.

We've been to Milano's before and their food and service has always been pretty good. However this time we placed our order and after about 40 minutes (without any contact from our server) I asked about our order. She checked and told us the ticket got lost and asked what we ordered: (Our second order came in about 20 min, which was fine. But again no contact from our server, no drink refills and no consideration on the bill.

Hopefully this was a one off experience.

So this my 3rd time eating her 2nd time eating buffet and I must say this is a waste of money. I could just got a large hamburger pizza since that was the only one not burnt. Put in for a pizza they didn't do say they put another hamburger out for us. 3 burnt pepperoni pizzas. Desert was hard plus the help was giving off a don't care attitude. So on 11/27/23 I say worst lunch ever and I sure loved this place the first 2 times eating here and the food was not cooked to have burn marks on it. Heck no pizza place pizza been this color

I looked up the menu online and the price was different when I was calling in my order. I asked to talk to the manager and he told me I was wrong and I tried to explain that I was looking at it and he hung up on me. I have been going here for almost 5 years and was very surprised he got so upset with me as he had always been very nice but maybe its a new manager.

Normally pretty good. Today pizza is cold and soggy. Pizza falling apart soggy. I suppose that may be expected when it takes 1 hour and 40 minutes to deliver it.

Worsted chicken parm I've ever got.gave me spaghetti with what seemed to be already cooked grilled pieces of chicken.is not chicken parm.not worth the money.told them my thoughts on te dish and they said well that's how we make it here.look it up.is not chicken parm.

The staff (what I saw is them) were not very personable. The pizza wasn't very good.sauce was a little bitter and the pepperoni was burned. Price seemed a bit high.

Probably my favorite pizza chain, great service, and fresh ingredients. What more could you ask for?

We would like to personally thank Ahmad and the Milano pizza staff for graciously bringing the clinic pizza and bread sticks. Everything was flavorful! Best pizza we have tasted! Thank you so much for the delivery.

Terrible place. New to area. Thought we would try. Ordered online, to be ready in 20'25 min. Waiting over 45 min, kept being told in the oven. Finally got.our money-back and will never be back again

Fun friendly atmosphere, awesome tasting food and a beautiful bar set up. Can not go wrong eating here, easy 5 stars!

Best pizza around! Friendly staff, owner always says hi and greets everyone with respect. (I observed) the bartenders there are awesome.especially Jessie. They always accommodate my daughter and I. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Best spot in town! Love the GF pizza! It's a must, even if you're not GF.worth the extra fee. Been going there for years. Keep killin it!

We ordered delivery and our order arrived wrong. It happens as we are all human but when we called we were told that they were too busy to correct it and that they were not willing to issue a partial refund. Poor service for a small town with repeat customers.

Food was burnt and manager said that’s the way they cook it. Offered to send some more burnt food or pick up burnt food at a later date. Was absolutely awful tasting. Throw $67 dollars worth of food in the trash. I suggest going to one on 155 in flint. Somehow they don’t burn their food there.

This food was disgusting. The wings were over cooked, dry, and there was no lemon pepper rub on them. The pizza was cold, tasteless, and the fries were cold and soggy. I will never recommend this place to anyone,

Local, fast, good, amazing inside, sells beer. For the win. Best rural place near us for sure.

Everything Ive had here is good. Great place to eat for lunch, as well as have a few beers with the guys.

Ok been here going on 10x now. All the food is good the service is better than normal, they have a nice bar, fair priced, its nice and spacy inside, its just no way around it, its a great stop.

Excellent everytime. Owner is amazing and involved. Its always well kept. The staff is the best. ALL the food weve had is amazing.

When I go out for pizza, this Bullard location is a go-to. Service is super! Friendly, accommodating staff. Booths have no cushions so can be uncomfotable. Large screen tvs. Serves alcoholic drinks, beer and a selection of Kiepersol wines, so no chardonnay. Have never tried sandwiches but menu includes them. Clearly their specials are pizza and salad. Locals love it.

Best Milanos out of maybe 20 Ive seen. Well kept, greay service and food, bar, very very nice.
