Professional and thorough work. Found and fixed a few problems that were detected as a result of the installation of this new system. Thoroughly explained new features with the new system that I was not familiar with. He also told me what Milestone would do as far as routine maintenance, and what I needed to do as well. He explained the importance of each one of these tasks. Took extra time to answer a few questions I had about the functioning of the system, what to expect over the next 24 hours. And also, very importantly, explained safety items and checks for carbon monoxide detection, gas heating safety and general AC Concerns. Lastly, before he started the install, he gave me an estimate of when the installation would be completed, and he finished exactly at that time. Very impressive considering the complexity of this installation.

We had what we thought was a minor leak that turned into a huge problem. Joe Stailey headed up the service crew that handled our situation. He did an excellent job. Kept us informed of progress throughout the ordeal. Went out of his way to make sure we had water to our house for all but a few hours during the week long process. Did a great job cleaning up the mess and getting things back to normal. I highly recommed him.

Jose Garza was knowledgable and professional. I will use Milestone again, he had my AC up and running in no time.

Recently, I started having some problems with my HVAC system. It’s an advanced system and its performance is quite good. Andre came out to take a look at it and went through extensive tests of the system to isolate the cause of the problem. These included both assessments of the physical installation—such as the drain lines with their associated safety switches—as well as the equipment and the system settings.

In addition to isolating the root cause of the problem I was having, Andre also discovered settings in my system that were out of spec—and in fact was causing the cold air to blow from the register over my desk, freezing me out!

When you make a significant purchase as I did—three new furnaces, three new condensers, and thermostats completely installed—know that systems must be maintained. Milestone has agreements by which they will maintain your systems and also respond quickly to troubleshoot and restore your system to full operation. I have been very pleased with Milestones’ customer service and the quality of the trades people they’ve sent to my home.

Chris performed a "water / plumbing" review and found one issue and a couple of opportunities. Although no servicing work was provided in this visit, he explained the issue quite well and was professional and courteous. I've never had an issue with Milestone services whether electrical, HVAC, and now, plumbing.

Iram was an absolute superstar. We had another company come out who couldn't diagnose the problem, let alone fix anything. And here comes Iram to the rescue with his knowledge, service and friendly smile. With technicians like Iram, we will use Milestone again and again.

Immediately knew the problem and proceeded to fix it, cleaned up and explained what to do in the future.

Our Milestone technician, Zaul Hernandez, was extremely thorough, professional and explained everything in detail. He even offered to change our A/C filters. We have Ben. Very impressed with

Jacob did an outstanding job in identifying the issue, explaining the repair work and completing the work in a timely manner.

I’d like to thank Benny for coming by today to check our A/C and correcting a couple of problems we were having. We had used another company in the past and was recommended Milestone Electric. Benny was very professional and courteous and was also very responsive and knowledgeable.

Luis was knowledgeable and checked out our toilets, one of which had been groggy in the past several weeks.

After a sleepless night with a chirping smoke detector Jonathan from Milestone came in recognized the issue changed out defective units changed the batteries in the others worked quickly and was a very nice person. Thank you Milestone!
