Horrible service! They damaged my $1500 Valentino shirt and literally handed it back to me without saying anything. I didn’t notice it till 5 months later when I tried wearing it again. DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR “LUXURY ITEMS” TO THIS LOCATION!

I use this service twice a month and the result is always very quick and well done. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome and speedy services. High quality work as well! Brought in a suit (jacket and pants) 2 shirts and a pair slacks at 7: 30am and they had it ready for me by 12pm the same day!

4/11/23 update. After speaking to the owner, which he was very nice and apologetic about the situation, we did came to an agreement, and he compensated me for the damages done to my pants. Even though it wasn’t the full amount, I will still give him an “E” for effort. Thanks again for keeping your word, and for compensating me. I appreciate it.

On 2/19/23 I took my $600 “Lamb” Genuine leather pants I bought from “Banana Republic, ” and they burnt and destroyed my pants.

I wouldn’t recommend taking your genuine leather there for cleaning.

I walked into Millennium Cleaners @ 2: 20pm with a single dress shirt that needed to be pressed. I had my shirt in my hand in 10 minutes.

The owner was able to do last minute alterations for a suit i needed. She was kind and still gave me the best customer service.

I dropped off my black pantsuit off to get altered. I went back to pick it up. They had no idea where my clothes were and the manager never picked up to advise where my item was. They suggested I come back but I couldn't during the hours they asked because I work during the same hours. So now I have to come on a Saturday and hope my items are found.

They did not do a very good job on my coats. My Coats still have lint and don’t look very clean or neatly pressed. I have went to cleaners where my coats came back looking brand new! That’s why I know that this service is sub par. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

This place is a joke, I had a very important occasion to attend and I asked for starch in my jeans and got none. They don’t even know how to crease and press jeans! Money wasted with no time to have it corrected…THANKS! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
