Millennium Physicians - Family Practice, Kingwood Area TX

I have been trying for over a month just to schedule a follow up appointment in order to get a prescription refilled. No one answered the phones and they did not notify they would be closed for 2 weeks until basically the week they closed. After finally having someone answer the phone (after trying for over a month now) they proceeded to tell me I would have to call back the next day because they could not schedule any appointments. I called 4 times the next day with no answer from the appointments line and then a 5th time to my specific doctor and left a voicemail with my nurse practitioner.

This is the WORST practice I have ever experienced. It has been 3 weeks and no communication what so ever on my results. I have been going through issues for 3 months and have had several visits and numerous phone calls/messages and have YET to receive any sort of response. They were quick to take my money and charge my insurance. HORRIBLE

I have been a long patient here. But today was my last straw. After tearing my left shoulder in a workout incident and imaging finding spots on my left lung that my wife and I wanted addressed right away, Dr Berdayes herself only cared about a prescription that I had been prescribed by another doctor rather than addressing my concerns about possible cancer on my lungs or tearing in my shoulder. And all this when I was her first patient this morning and still had to wait 3 hours just to see her. Definitely changing doctors after today.

I've always had great experiences with the Drs and the staff. Ive rarely had to wait long and the diagnoses is spot on. It doesn't matter what medical facility you go to you'll always get the person that complains. The thing to understand is these places tend to see people when theyre at their lowest. Remember there is always 2 sides to every story.

I just moved into the Kingwood area and needed to set up a primary physician. I had a great experience scheduling and during my appointment, but the lack of communication and follow through after my appointment was disappointing.

My appointment was on a Thursday. I was told that two prescriptions would be automatically called in and that I would be given information for a GI doc at checkout. Neither of those things happened. I was called regarding lab results the Tues after my Thurs appointment, which was great, but during that conversation I asked if the PA I saw might want to change the meds we discussed in light of my lab results. Did not get a call back. I called back a week later and left a message, but did not get a call back again. I called the next Friday at 11: 30 and was told that everyone had left for the day. I didn’t get a call back, unsurprisingly, but exactly one month after my appointment 1 of the 2 prescriptions were called in.

The lack of professionalism and customer service was appalling. It was a super simple appointment that could been handled in minutes, but here we are.

My family and I have been with Millennium Physicians FP for many, many years, and have been very pleased with the doctors and PAs. Desk staff is friendly, personable. PAs spend a lot of time with patients and you don’t feel rushed.
However, since the beginning of this year, I’ve been frustrated, angry, and in tears because of their overall lack of communication, ignoring phone messages, and general appearance of lack of concern regarding my frustrations. Not sure if it’s due to understaffing, overwork, or lack of follow-up among staff, but I’m ready to change my allegiance. Such a shame really.

Arrived 10 min late for the first time in 8 years and told they can’t see me. No willingness to budge, and willing to lose patients for it. The epitome of arrogance and inexperience practiced at the front desk. I will be going through the hassle of changing providers over it, and will also be sharing this information with my neighborhood mom’s group. Good to know, considering the unforeseen construction debacle.

Like other reviews mention, the medical staff is excellent, but the office/administration personnel are unprofessional, rude and poorly managed. My family experienced frequent delayed or incomplete referrals and prescription orders. We stopped using Millennium due to the minor impact this had on our health. Just this week we received billing dating back to 2020. Most of these items have already been paid, with two charges for no-show appointments that I don't recognize. This at least shows incompetent accounting and billing, if not outright fraud. I'd highly recommend Dr. Moses and T. House if affiliated with a different organization. MPMG however is a detriment to the community.

Be fair warned. If you make appointments, they will change the appointment locations and NOT inform you BEFORE you get there. Also, the offics manager Karen doesn't do ANYTHING to help minus saying, "If you don't like our services, go find some other provider". Talk about a joke of a staff.
