I’m writing this review mostly because of the way the nurse handled my IV gone wrong. I have a swollen arm as a result. The nurse started by putting the IV putting in, and few mins in, I told her that my arm is feeling a burning sensation, she looked at it and said it looks like it’s in the vein. I told her the pain is too much and it’s I can bear it because of the chemical burn under my skin. She said “it looks like your vein is too sensitive”. Myself being in the medical field, I’m well aware that the infusion didn’t go inside the vein and was most likely going around the muscles. Mistakes can happen and we are all humans. The part that was bothersome was how she was insensitive to the pain I was feeling.
The front staff is another story I never wanted to speak about, but the lady in the welcome reception is extremely rude to all patients I have noticed when I visited the past 4 times. I have done several appointments here hoping it will get better one day. But the past appointment was bad and I can’t go back anymore.

I'm writing this review not only to share my distressing experience with Dr. Patel but also to highlight the consequences of a healthcare professional's negligence. My recent visit to Dr. Patel's clinic is one I will never forget, and I hope my story will prompt others to think twice before entrusting their health to him.

As someone who doesn't have cancer, I understand that my health concerns might not be as severe as those of an oncology patient, but that doesn't mean they should be dismissed. I have been struggling with dizziness lately and suspected it might be due to low iron levels. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, Dr. Patel brushed them off, insisting that I didn't need any further infusions.

I left his office feeling disregarded and devalued, with my health concerns unaddressed. A few days later, I experienced another dizzy spell, prompting me to seek a second opinion. The new doctor confirmed that my iron levels were indeed low and I required an infusion. Dr. Patel's oversight not only caused me unnecessary distress but also jeopardized my well-being.

His mistake serves as a painful reminder that even medical professionals can fall short. Dr. Patel's dismissive attitude, lack of empathy, and negligence are utterly disappointing. I can't help but wonder how many other patients have suffered because of his inattention.

For those in need of medical care, I urge you to look elsewhere. There are countless other doctors who will treat you with the dignity and respect you deserve, listening to your concerns and addressing them appropriately. Please don't make the same mistake I did; choose a healthcare provider who truly values your well-being.
