Milwaukee Joe's Artisan Ice Creams reviews
28I was surprised to see how dirty Milwaukee Joes is. The glass on the coolers is smeary. Floor is dirty. There are sprinkles and dirt embedded under the display case that I can tell have been there for quite awhile. Sprinkles and dirt are smashed into the corners and under the main counter. Also the counter is cracking and has pieces broken off. Not very appetizing. It was not busy today at 4: 30 no reason it can’t be cleaned up.
Dull atmosphere with workers who acted bothered to take an order. There are two benches along the wall for indoor seating as well as a few benches outside the door for outdoor seating. Milwaukee Joe's offers an arrangement of flavor combinations (I got New York Cheesecake) as well as providing you the option to create your own. Mildly overpriced, average ice cream at best.
Cute ice cream shop. They have a decent amount of flavor options, and let you order something preconceived, or make your own combo.
Orderd a banana split. Ice cream was good and the toppings were Sufficient however the nuts were very stale.
Ossasion: My daughter's sixteenth birthday. We went their in the evening to give her last treat of her big day. Received wonderful service. Tried multiple flavors and all were very good. Their ice cream is worth going again and again.
Really good ice cream, the young lady made a chocolate chip shake and it was delicious. Small shop on the corner, two young girls were very busy behind the counter were helpful and friendly.
Horrible experience w this store. Manager is incompetent, couldn’t find our cake told us we didn’t order one. While we were waiting another customer was given the wrong cake. The rest of the staff was laughing at all the confusion. He found the cake eventually. For $50 the cake was dry and tasted like ice cream on cardboard. I was a loyal MJs customer but no more their quality has slid and for the money is not worth the headaches.
Waffle cones were stale. They don't use gloves to handle the cone that they hand to us, but they say we can't get samples now. That's the same hand-to-hand transfer, but I don't lick the handle of the spoon. And no, the napkin doesn't fully cover them.
The lady that was working was awful. Unfriendly, very clearly didn’t want to be there and didn’t want us there either. The ice cream was good though.
Poor customer service - girl who checked us out seemed annoyed to work there and bothered. The location is kinda dual overall. Nothing really inside or outside appeal to it and poor seating option. Ordered a small ice cream for my son and napkins were not easily accessible or even offered. Ice cream was good but very limited options and toppings.
If you like over priced basic ice cream then this place is for you! Braums quality but 3 times the price. They try to squeeze every penny they can too. Printed signs are present refusing to give people tap water.
That doesn’t exactly scream Southlake quality.
I went in for a milkshake on my lunch break after craving one for the past couple of days. The woman who made it was not very friendly and looked at me like it was a chore to make it for me. And what I received was not a milkshake, but instead a cup of watery ice cream with milk. On there sign it says you can get it “extra thick” but I have a feeling that would just be a normal milkshake compared to what I spent $5 on today.
Good ice cream selection with reasonable prices. We stopped in on a hot day for a little relief as we continued our walk around the town square. Small shop with very little seating.
The ice cream didnt have that refreshing taste that i expected. Wasnt a fan of the cheesecake it tasted like buttermilk ice cream. The sherbet flavors were like daqauri ice.
This ice cream is amazing I never tasted any ice like that I visit all three different locations I have a never ever any kind of problem
Staff members are good with me
I would like to visit again and again
The ice cream was good. They had many flavors including vanilla, strawberry, mint chocolate chip, pecan and more. The service wasn't the best, but nonetheless a very good little corner ice cream shop.
The Ice Cream & Ice Cream cakes are Phenomenal! We haven't had an ice cream cake from Anywhere Else since discovering the chocolate one here! I can't wait to try the other flavors also!
They are very passionate about the icecreams and that transends the quality in its flavors. Will come again!
Not same as it used to be. Did not accept the frequent user card, no napkins available and hair in the ice cream! For $14 for 4 mini ice creams- over priced for a poor experience. Very disappointing. We have been going there for years, but no more.
Test of all various ice cream is awesome and fabulous you feel eating again and again Great going Wishing the best
