They were great always emailed me back as I was looking for car for me, new what I wanted. Even saved the car for me for a day, kept me informed I had wait few weeks before I could get it. I got the exact car I wanted 2017 mini Cooper sport white. James an others were great in helping me.

Very disappointed at Mini cars we just bought the car and we are thinking to sale it in less than a month the car lost 8k that’s very bad any one buying mini think twice and do your home work I wish I did that before u buy

Me and my wife recently bought 2022 Clubman S at MINI of the Woodlands. Olman and Daniel provided us an impeccable level of customer care - these guys rock. They truly know how to provide best bang for ur buck deal - we were really impressed with the price offer and financial services, given the fact we’re foreign nationals. Olman and Daniel definitely have a strong knowledge about above and beyond level of service. The whole process took about a couple hours so we picked up the car the same day. This is the first dealership ever I would strongly recommend (before I bought several BMW vehicles from other dealerships in Houston area and each time I had a terrible experience).

If u need a new, reasonable priced and fun-to-drive compact car - MINI of the Woodlands is ur choice.

I bought a 2016 dodge charger r/t b5 blue pearl and have feel in love with the car. I called from Houston to Oklahoma and nobody had a charger with decent miles also couldn’t beat the price. Brian stayed late to do paper work with me. I have noticed since I’ve been parking in the garage. It has a minor oil leak (that they took care of for me no charge) other than that the interior was mint the body is mint the sound and power of this car is just what I was looking for. Thank you again Brian!

Brought in my 2011 Mini Cooper S for a crank, no start condition. Paloma was an excellent service advisor keeping me well informed. The tech did accurately diagnose and fix the issue BUT along the way tried to charge me an extra $185 just to register my battery on a NON-IBS car which was totally unnecessary and has zero effect on the vehicle.not nice or ethical to try and take advantage of a customer.

Great staff. Friendly to work with and no pressure tactics. Great customer service from beginning to end of transaction.

Ms. Selene Caballero was very thorough when I brought in my Mini for a routine maintenance. She has an awesome attitude and went above and beyond to assure all of my needs were met. She further explained in detail and suggested options regarding upcoming services that my vehicle were due for. Moreover, she assisted me with a same day loaner so I didn’t have to wait while my vehicle was being serviced. Her coworker, Paloma Perez also assisted me and assured the loaner was ready in a timely manner.

We purchased our JCW out of state, and it could not have been a smoother and more pleasant process. Great experience purchasing my first Mini Cooper! I purchased a Countryman and James was great and informative throughout the entire process. James was well versed and knowledgeable on his brand and the dealership is comfortable with various casual sitting areas. The dealership itself is loaded with MINIs on the showroom floor and if you haven’t been inside MINI vehicles show great on the showroom floor. I was able to comfortably see each MINI without bracing the various weather elements in Houston. Will be returning for sure!
