Karen was very pleasant and explained everything to me. I explained to Karen that I was moving from Orlando to Houston and would need a 5 x 10, she reserved the storage and gave me the website pricing. I would recommend this storage place to everyone that's in the Houston area.

We came here lookig to rent a storage unit. Rental agent showed us a couple units, and help us work through which unit would be best for us. Agent wasn't pushy, she listened to our situation and made great suggestions. If you need a storage unit, we HIGHLY recommend going here for your storage needs.

1. Excellent Customer service
I made an online reservation and had to call several times to get more information. The lady (I guess Karen) at the front desk was very pleasant and resourceful. The lot was not clean when I went there to inspect it but they cleaned it right away.

2. Competitive rates
Rate was better than the market rates and I got even better rate by booking online.
There are no hidden fees unlike other places and you can bring your own renters insurance to avoid insurance fee.

3. Easy access
Getting in and out is easy with your access code. Can be driven up to the unit and unload stuff there.
