Love the service and the techs here! They squeezed me in and still had a great pedi experience. I continue to only book with MiniLux because their Dazzle Dry polish dries in 5mins. Ain’t no body got time to wait on polish to dry!

I have been a long time Miniluxe fan, sadly this weekend after getting a gel extension manicure, literally every nail popped off. It didn't even hurt or affect my nails, it was as if the extensions never had glue or weren't under the UV long enough! They didn't even last 24 hours, single nails kept popping off throughout my day. It was as if I had done a cheap at home nail kit, I honestly would not go back considering the price.

Very professional and organized.the team accommodated me for a walk in gel manicure removal and polish. The quality of their products with their cleanliness is unmatched. I would definitely recommend!

I have to say they do a good job with the nails but some things are off. Like the ambiance as soon as you see wear on your furniture you should replace it. And lets talk about the fact that i don’t even receive a receipt from my visit i have to look for the charge on my card? I really want to find a place that fills in the holes…

Very clean and healthy products for my nails! Upscale and not as pedestrian as other places in uptown. Now a loyal client!

While living in LA and since living in Dallas during the pandemic, MiniLuxe has become my nail salon of choice — partially because of their impressive degree of cleanliness and sanitation and also for their high-quality, seamless services and great products.

I’ve gone to this location for 4 years and always had excellence service until this past Saturday. I scheduled an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I arrived on-time and waited 10 mins for my technician to finish with her previous client. After my tech finished my pedicure, the new manager, Kalee, accosted me when I walked over to the manicure station and told me that they didn’t have time to do my manicure. I asked her why I was being singled out given that there were two other techs still working and other customers being serviced. She kept repeating that she didn’t have time today and that I can get a polish refresh i.e. Just get my nails painted or leave. She was rude and disrespectful. She didn’t apologize for the situation but continued to humiliate me in front of the entire shop. I just paid for my pedicure and left. I have never experienced such terrible customer service especially from Miniluxe. Kalee didn’t tell the other techs’ clients that they couldn’t finish their services. It’s clear that if you’re darker skinned and have braids i.e. BLACK, this is NOT the establishment for you. This would have never happened with their previous manager, Beth.

Just asked for Stephanie, if you want the best service and truly the BEST conversation. I love this girl. Highly recommend this nail salons n.

I had my nails done on Saturday May 14, and by the next day polish had disappeared from two fingers. By the third day the polish was gone from three fingers and several other fingers have chipped polish.

This has to be best and chemical responsible pedi mani service provider. The staff is great and my wife loves this place. And so do I. You will never go wrong and feel like a million.

Lauren at West Village made my Brazilian service super painless and quick! She talked me through everything she was doing from start to finish, and made me feel really comfortable the whole way through. I’ve been waxed by her a couple of times now, and I’ve yet to have any complaints about anything!:)

I have had pedicures all over the world and I never felt more unwelcome then I did here. As a pervious customer that just moved in around the corner I was excited to try this place on class pass. Not a normal class pass customer but I saw my favorite pedicure place on it and I thought I would go. I tired 3 times for a wax at 3 different time slots and it was canceled. So I booked a pedicure. I came 15 mins early like their personal email said. And they seemed super annoyed because they were opening. And then they took the two ppl that came after me before me. One was doing the same service. All I wanted was to be a customer, you don’t even save much on class pass and you have bad times to choose from, and I still tip on the full amount. MiniLux just lost a future pedicure, manicure, and wax customer that just moved in near by. I quite classpass and MiniLux, Thankfully there is a lots of pedicure/wax places to choose from in the area.

Best nail salon I have been to in years! Worth every penny. No awful chemical smell in the salon either.

I’ve been to this location several times and everyone is always very friendly. The salon is clean and they are following covid guidelines. Very happy with my gel manicure I received along with a polish change on my toes.
