Im still feeling GREAT after my back surgery!

If I could give 10 stars I would! After suffering for 8 months I finally found answers and relief at MISI. Frankly, they listened and didn't just want to give me a prescription and send me home! Thank you all for you care and compassion.

But the bribery scheme sailed far outside the doors of Forest Park’s grey and blue flagship at the corner of U. S. 75 and Interstate 635.

Also indicted were prominent bariatric surgeons Drs. David Kim and William Nicholson as well as the minimally invasive spine surgeons Drs. Michael Rimlawi, Douglas Won, and Shawn Henry. Won, the DOJ alleges, was paid $7 million for his referrals.

Rimlawi is accused of accepting $3.8 million. The feds argue that Kim and Nicholson, both of whom were investors in Forest Park, were paid $4.595 million and $3.8 million respectively. Reads the indictment:

“The surgeons spent the vast majority of the bribe payments marketing their personal medical practices—which benefitted them financially—or on personal expenses such as cars, diamonds, and payments to family members. ”

Dr Michael Rimlawi is involved in the biggest health care fraud in Texas history so be careful!

Dr Rimlawi is closing down Misi cause he is broke and all his staff left. The men is about to loose the house and all this luxury cars cause he can't afford it anymore - he's lawyers are taking all the money.

If you guys don't about health care fraud read about it him and other doctors are involved in the scheme. So he's going to jail anytime his trial is about to start in January.they stole money from health insurances so stay for now bcs the building in about to close down he cant afford the bills anymore.

Dr. Rimlawi, on a scale of 1 - 10, gets an 11 from us with his expertise, compassion, and the staff. We can't say enough about the results of surgery, the relief from pain, and our pleasant experience. Top Notch.

I had an exceptional experience with this facility and it's staff! The hospital was clean and everyone was working as a team and getting people to surgery quickly. They keep you unbelievably comfortable while you wait I'm your room with a personal heater and cable t.v. This was my first surgery and it couldn't have gone better. Thank you MISI <3

Dr. Rimlawi, Andrea, and the entire team are great. I had three levels fused in my neck. Five days after my surgery I felt amazing. I am six weeks out and I have no pain. My only regret is that I waited so long. MISI has the best practices. I never felt scared, unsure or worried. Every step was explained before it happened. A very professional staff that is compassionate and kind, yet equally efficient in processing paperwork and appointments. Highly-experienced doctor's, some of the best that can resolve spinal issues quickly and effectively.

I went there due to work injury, that was covered by my employer. Dr mike shah gave me a steroid shot that I didn't even need. On the follow up visit he wanted to give me a different shot since that one didn't work, so I end up seeing another doctor and he told me why dr. Mike gave me that shot! Don't waste ur time in pain.

I constantly run out or medication, multiple surgeries and I get a lecture each and every time I go. I have to take more.

The Dr's are great but the staff is impossible to work with and do not treat you with any respect or urgency. They could careless about your insurance claims, prescription authorizations or making appointments. The office staff gave me more stress than it's worth. Too bad because the treatment was helping WHEN I could get in.

Pretty good experience here. Staff is professional and helpful. Dr.was nice and gave me a lot of information before starting the procedures.

I have gone in for a few procedures so far and everything has been on time and schedule. They go over all costs as well which is good to know what you are paying for.

They got me in to an appointment on short notice. They were able to preliminarily diagnose me with cubital tunnel syndrome.did a nerve study all within one week.completed an endoscopic cubital tunnel release surgery the following week and I was back to normal they did a fantastic job!

I was referred to go to Spine Institute. The staff is very nice and prompt. I NEVER got to see the DR. I only saw his PA on the 2 visits. I was told by the nurse I would be able to see the DR on my next visit. I didn't see him again. I waited over an hour only to find out I need to go to see another DR. The PA never went over my results with me kept leaving the room only to talk to the DR about my results. I was disappointed in the care I received

Wonderful staff (Susan, Brook, and Hemy). There were more staff that helped me, but I cannot remember all their names. It was blessed because the surgeon and anesthesiologist were perfect and the MISI staff were also perfect. I cannot say enough good things. I had the best care from 8am-8pm. Thanks Susan for having such great staff (Brook and Hemy)! If would definitely recommend your center to a friend or family.

Before being introduced to MISI and establishing a relationship with my pain management team, my neck and back pain had reached a level that prohibited taking part of activities that I truly enjoyed. Learning that my neck and back issues could be managed rather than needing surgery was a great relief, and now I'm participating in life again. I owe it all to MISI.

Hurt myself end of July. Had a series of injections to pinpoint problem area. Had surgery in August by Dr Bryce Benbow came out of surgery pain free. Leg pain and back pain was gone. Didn't even have to use pain pills after first night. I had a lami/disc and liminectomy. The facility was clean and state of the art. Had very good experience and the staff could not have been better. Especially want to thank Dot for the great care I received.
