Love this office! Dr. Nguyen, NP Kimberly, Sarah, and Karen are always smiling and treat us like family. They really listen and do their best to treat your pain.

Dr. Hai Nguyen is the best doctor! He takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. Then finds with his expertise to fix me. He is excellent at his job. He treat me as family rather than just a patient or number. He cares a lot for all his patients. If you need an amazing Pain Management Specialist Dr. Hai Nguyen is your guy. Thank you!

Bad experience scheduling procedures. It seems they don’t care about their customers waiting for months because simply they don’t have the correct contact information for other offices to coordinate a simple procedure. They just keep you hanging in there.

Minivasive pain and orthopedics were fast and very nice the physician was phenomenal along with the medical assistant, scheduler and receptionist.

I started goin in August 2022 n still have received no help. I call n get no where. I saw a dr hgu n went on my private ins barely got the test called into imagining ctr n Dr phong le saw n waiting for test he told me he was gona ask for. After all this hardship I am moving n changing drs omg wat a nightmare

The only thing they give care for is to make sure the patient feels the guilt for chronic pain use of painkiller, every visit is checking in with skeptic PCP who doesn't even know about the nature of the patient's terminal illness, rather wants to play authority and suggest mental help for extreme chronic pain, rather than painkiller, she made always uncomfortable then ask if if I have anxiety! She was offended when my answer was: who would be in this condition and not have anxiety!
The doctor forgets that I'm not supposed to have procedures, but just want to sell the stimulator, while the type of desiease I have is in the entire spine and joints of my body, which means this type of treatment is not going to help at all.

I had a great experience here with the service given by NP Kimberly M. And her MA Ashley. The only downside was the wait in the lobby but once you are passed that it is all good.

Great place! Everyone was helpful and great. Listened, and willing to make sure we figure out the best care for my pain. Highly recommend!

I love the politeness and genuine smiles of the staff involved. Anyone hurt after an accident I would highly recommend Minivasive Pain Specialist. I Thank all of you for alleviating my pain and managing it throughout the whole process after having a serious accident.

The front desk assistant is nice and helpful when you walk in; Isabella has been my attending medical assistant 2 times and both times she’s been so nice to talk to, with a great smile, and asks the correct questions before leaving me. N. P. Kimberly is such a big support when Dr. Nguyen isn’t there; she takes the time to hear how my previous month has been in terms of pain, and is very patient with me when it comes to understanding the pain process. Both she and Dr. Nguyen have gone out of their way to try to find the best possible option for pain management, considering I am post kidney transplant. I highly recommend Minivasive to all potential patients for pain related issues.

Always a friendly staff, and Dr. Hai Nguyen makes you feel like he cares not just about money get you in and out to get someone else in to make money. He will take time and listen and be stern about medical care

The front office staff, NP's and doc are all wonderful at this clinic. They listen and try to solve any problems or issues while taking care of the most important thing, your pain.

They don't care what time your appointment is. They'll get to you when they get to you and they'll have a nasty attitude if you inquire about it. If your appointment is at 4pm you can be sure that they won't see you until 4: 45pm to 5: 05pm

Very good care, by staff & Dr. ’s! I’ve been coming here for 2 years +, Dr. Hai Nguyen, Dr. Lee, Dr. Garcia have taken good care of me. I see Dr. Nguyen the most and at 63 living with pain is no joke. Thank you for taking good care of me. I highly recommend this Pain Center!
