Dr. Saing was outstanding. Saw the pain I was in and completely focused in and explained possible steps and treated me like I was his only patient for the day!

Dr. Saing is very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. I appreciate the time he spent with me explaining my possible options.

I was a little disappointed not to have seen Dr saing. I went there to schedule a knee surgery, but got to see his PA instead. She was very pleasant and went through the procedure carefully.

They’re very attentive to the patients concerns. They listen and evaluate fully and explain the options to you.

The doctor to time to explain my issues and suggest remedies. He was not in a hurry and was willing to answer all my questions. Very professional.

The surgery was unbelievably easy, and the recuperation was even easier. The three incisions on my leg are practically gone and I never had an infection. I am very pleased with his surgical expertise.

They never answer the phone for appointments, doesn’t matter what time you call them early morning, late mornings, afternoons!

I had a great experience with Dr. Saing and his staff. I had a rupture on my patellar tendon and their awesome job made me more comfortable and confident. Thank you!

Only issue was to get prescription send to pharmacy on time by staff. Took them one week and multiple phone calls to send it to pharmacy and same happened to us in previous visit. I had to call to send the prescription to pharmacy. It’s tough when you are in pain and need something quick to take it to relieve that pain specially if that’s your knee.

Very understanding, efficient, listen, patient and explain everything in easy to understand terms. Will continue to use them.

Dr is great orthopedic surgeon he did my surgery on my foot so far I been recovering successfully thank you Doctor!

I was referred to Dr. Saing from the ER for a broken ankle. I’ve seen him once and he seemed nice enough, although I wasn’t seen on time for my appointment and calling his office is a huge pain. In order to confirm they were in network I had to call about 15 times in a 90 minute time frame.

My visit with Dr. Saing didn't go like I expected. I was definitely disappointed to say the least. He said I needed a total knee replacement. When I told him I am in end stage renal failure, Dr. Saing said I was not a good candidate for surgery. First of all, my age and medical history. Second, there could possibly be all types of problems, such as infection and not healing properly. I respect the fact that Dr. Saing was up front and honest with me. Some surgeons would have just scheduled the surgery. Thank you, Dr. Saing
