THEY MADE MY TEETH GREAT AGAIN!

I spent a week to find me a good dental service in Lake Worth area.

I went to many places, but the one that got my attention was Mint Dentistry. When I first came in, I like the way the lobby is set up; everything is clean and shiny.

At the reception, there was a black queen along with a white queen who received me and got my insurance information.

They set me for an appointment. When I came the next day for my first visit. A lady name Liz who teamed up with another one named Daniela did my x-ray. Then after that, Doctor Sivakumar came and explained everything about the health of my teeth.
They were very professional and helpful with my treatment. They really know and are good at what they do.

They cleaned my teeth and made them great again.

After the process, I didn’t feel any pain at all and my teeth look very good now thanks to them.

The worst!
First visit I waited so long that I couldn’t even get a cleaning! That didn’t stop them from billing my insurance for a cleaning that never happened. I decided to give them another chance so I went in to get a tooth worked on. While waiting and waiting, when they finally got started I could feel the needle/ tools poking me! I guess the medication had worn off by then. I jumped so many times before they gave more numbing medication but acted like it was no big deal! I WOULD NOT go back. Then they advertise on the radio about their employees and finishing school sooner! Keep them there longer if need be because this experience was the worst I’ve ever had! The Dentist was also unapologetic!

The staff was super friendly and made the experience wonderful! The cleaning was done very well and the dentist and hygienist were straightforward and gave great tips. I appreciated there was no push for extra services and the xrays, exam, and cleaning were done in a timely manner!

Highly recommend this office their staff team is amazing. Shout out to Liz and Madison for always making my family and I feel comfortable and taking care of our dental needs.

This place takes forever! We are here waiting for my friend appointment 11.15 now is 11.46 we are still waiting at lobby room. My friend even came early to filled paperwork at 11 am. This place sucks

Mint Denistry have great customer service and they make sure you understand how to take care of your teeth. They also have a great team that cares about your teeth.

So I literally made an appointment at this place because my usual dentist has a terrible office staff and my appointments always got messed up. I made an appointment with Mint because of all the advertisements and it seemed like they were legit. After confirming my appointment 17 times through emails and texts, I got a message tonight before my appointment saying "sorry, we are closed tomorrow and need to reschedule". I am SO disappointed and will NOT be trying out any Mint dentistry locations if this is their practice. I only have one day off a week and booked this well in advance so NOPE! No Mint dentistry for me!

Mint Dentistry goes the extra mile to help you feel very comfortable and they have state of the art x-ray equipment, chairs that are very comfortable and heat up if you like and massage you all while getting your teeth cleaned!
They also have a large tv screen with pandora and you get to choose what ever music you would like to listen to.
While I was having my teeth cleaned they have you wear sunglasses for protection and I loved the technique they use to do the cleaning! You get to keep the sunglasses too! Also, they sent me home with the usual things you get from a dentist appointment except they give you a big tube of teeth whitening toothpaste the is made by Mint Dentistry and it’s amazing! Try Mint in Lake Worth or another location! I think you’ll Love your new Dentist!

Great customer service and the dental care is always above and beyond what I’ve experienced in the past.

I have been going to Mint for 7 years and have been to various locations. Their internal communication and scheduling is disorganized. If you like to have your appointments moved or cancelled the day of that have been scheduled for 6 months, after adjusting your work schedule and requesting time off, and never seeing the same doctor, this is the place for you! They are focused on churning patients with insurance for money and do not care about their customers. I should have left years ago but kept giving them a 4th, 5th, 6th chance. Glad to say I am seeking a private practice and getting away from flakey doctors who do not care about the people who help pay their bills.

Firstly, scheduling is so easy. Kristen in the front is seriously the sweetest human ever. I love how she was so honest and transparent and so kind. I didn’t do the online paper work for me or my kids and she rearranged everything to make it all flow better and was just so nice about it. The hygienist and doctor were both so kind. They were so kind to my kids and explained things so that they could understand and with me the doctor was so kind and explained and showed me how and why things were. I seriously have never left a dentist office feeling relaxed and they really care about how they treat people. 10/10 love love love. And the facility was so clean.

The ladies at MINT dentistry are the best! Kristen and Nicole greet with a beautiful smile and are very sweet! Casey is the best hygienist! She was kind, very gentle while cleaning my teeth, and was very patient answering my questions. The dentist was also very sweet! Thank you!

It never fails! The staff is the best from the moment I walk in until I leave. Everyone makes you feel special! I always recommend Mint Dentistry if I’m ever in a conversation about my teeth!

Mint is amazing. They ask questions and answer them with clear understanding for me. Love this place!
