Mint Express Car Wash, Katy TX

Everything was perfect, the car wash it self had my car smiling. From the powerful vacuum’s along with the window cleaner and spray air freshener I couldn’t be more pleased.

I cancelled my Utimate membership today at your Katy, TX location due to damage to the interior of my 2023 BMW caused by backslash chemicals of the air freshener spray. I have been trying to get this situation retified for over 2 weeks now. I originally contacted your office on 9/7. After a week of no call back, I went back to the location and spoke to Andrew the onsite manager who said he got my message that Emily left, but didn't think there was anything he could do, so he didnt call me back. I requested a GM or RM to handled this complaint moving forward. The following day, Cesar called me back and agreed to meet me on yesterday, 9/20 at 1: 00pm to view my vehicle damage, but he was a "no show". I came back today and Cesar viewed my vehicle damage and also pointed out more similar backslash from the spray that I did not originally see in other areas of my floor boards. I left a quote from the BMW dealership for the detail costs and Cesar refuses to either reimburse or credit my account the costs to get my vehicle detailed. It was a simple request that was justified. I have cancelled my memebership due to poor customer service and no resolve. I will be writing 1 star reviews on every platform. Cesar told me that it would be fine to write the reviews so I obliged and will move forward with them.

I love this place. You pay for a subscription of $20 and you get unlimited car washes, with free vacuum stations that also have free window cleaner with good towels & air freshener sprays. It's worth it!

This place has amazing customer service, I had an issue where I got the monthly plan and then bought a new car and traded in the one I had registered, they worked with me to get everything changed and have been amazing with everything. My recent visit to Mint Car Wash was an absolute disaster, leaving me with an extremely unsatisfactory experience. I arrived at the car wash with my loaner vehicle, hoping to get it cleaned before returning it.

As I approached the line, an individual, presumably a staff member, rudely stopped me in my tracks. I politely explained that I had a loaner with me and wanted it washed before returning it. However, this person seemed disinterested and unhelpful from the start. Instead of accommodating my request, he flat-out refused to let me get the loaner washed, without any valid reason or explanation.

To make matters worse, this same individual had the audacity to suggest that I swap the license plate on the loaner, which is an outright illegal act! I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism and lack of ethics displayed by someone working at a supposedly reputable car wash establishment.

Despite this disastrous encounter, the worst was yet to come. Not only did they deny me the basic service I asked for, but they also had the nerve to charge me for nothing. Yes, I was charged for absolutely no service rendered, and to add insult to injury, the staff member even had the audacity to ask me to cancel my subscription! Unbelievable!
In an attempt to hold this individual accountable for their actions, I asked for their name. However, unsurprisingly, they flatly refused to provide me with any identification. It appears they are well-aware of their own wrongdoings and lack the courage to take responsibility for their actions.

This entire ordeal left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The level of unprofessionalism, arrogance, and disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond unacceptable. I will not be returning to Mint Car Wash for any future car washes, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting their vehicles with such an incompetent and unethical establishment.

Save yourself the trouble and seek a car wash service that values their customers and adheres to basic moral and legal principles. Mint Car Wash is certainly not one of them.

Extremely friendly service, took time to explain their packages and services. Andrew continually checked on me as I was doing my extreme car cleanout. Would definitely recommend! Car wash was fast and easy and they even offer the "new car smell" is a spray bottle!

Went by and spoke to management about joining. He was very nice and so were the other employees. I mention I was late and would come back on sat.to sign up for unlimited wash. He offered me a free wash just to try the Mint experience and it was very good so I am going back the next day to join.

Good, spacious and vacuum work very well. The only thing missing is a machine to wash the car mats.

Great wash. They even have window cleaner with microfiber rags available for you to clean your windows. Don’t forget about the complimentary vehicle scent they let you use also. Will definitely be back.

Just like all the other exterior washes, nobody takes time to remove the bugs from the windshield and front grill. It clearly states bug station when you load in the conveyor. Girl loading cars doesn't understand English had to call manager over when I asked if they prep for bugs? He said yes, walked away she barely hit the front bumper with brush when there was a pressure washer wand right there that should have been used. Just don't seem to care whether it's a 10 dollar wash or a 20 dollar wash. You get the same service.
But till you try it, you don't know what to expect. Won't be back to many other choices in Katy.

Went here for the 1st time and as I was drying my vehicle, I noticed 5 scratches on the hood of my car. I informed the manager and he told me that it was nothing he could do, because it was not consistent with the car wash. I have a new car that is always in the garage. I am very disappointed in the way he handled the situation.

The place has a great set-up and customer-oriented staff, making the car wash an ideal experience. The team, led by Andrew, went out of their way to meet my needs. I had the interior detail, and they made my SUV look new. They made sure to have it done the way I liked it. I took advantage of their monthly membership and will return often.

Much better than Quick Quack! I love how they have great service/ plenty of attentive staff to assist you with any questions, plus there is hardly ever a wait to get your car washed and vacuumed. I love the fresh car smell they provide with the vacuums. What I love the most is that it's conveniently located by my favorite Mexican restaurant, La Machaka Tex-Mex. Who says you can have it both ways? !? Lunch/Dinner, Drinks and Wash! ️️️ Perfect way to spend a relaxed Saturday/Sunday afternoon!

Went for the car wash grand opening and was very impressed with the the car wash. The tunnel cleaned my truck very well and the manager is very friendly. I recommend this location to all my fiends!

Great car wash all the bugs came off with only 1 run through in the tunnel also the provide towels to dry your car bottles of glass cleaner to clean the windows and fragrance spray for the interrior most definitely will return and sign up for a membership soon I highly recommend this car wash.
