Wrong coding and adament to change code: Went to CVS simple finger tip blood test to screen my cholesteral (as a part of my anual check). Spent multiple hours with CVS-Billing in phone but CVS is adamant to change code. They simply told me that if you won't pay, they will send to collection. I filed a compliant with CVS billing department.but no one cared about that compliant or no one called me about my issue. Very hard to work with them and I wish no other patients go through pain. I specifically went there to get blood work so that I could get a longer prescription for my blood pressure medication. They completely forgot to contact my pharmacy after getting all my information and promising me that they had done it. Eventually I was able to get them to do what they had promised but after a hassle. The nurses (not doctors, because there are none) are there one day and in another clinic the next. Also, they do not have a direct phone line or reply to their email.

I decided to try this out since I wanted to get a flu shot but I just moved and I don't have a primary care doctor in the area. I scheduled an appointment online and got an immediate text and email follow up. Then this morning, I got a phone call from the clinic to confirm the time and giving me instructions on what to do when I arrive. Tracy, who checked me in, was super helpful and friendly. I walked right in at the exact time I scheduled, which surprised me as I was prepared to wait like a doctor's office. I was treated by Austi, the Nurse Practioner, and she was funny, helpful, and kind. It only took a few minutes for me to give her all of my information, they took my insurance (which was great), and that was that. The whole experience was honestly better than any doctor's office I've had in the last 5+ years and I think that says a lot.

The people are nice. But that wait. Screen said I was next but several other people were called before me. Didn’t receive text messages that let me know they were ready for me. Np is always nice. Man with tablet is nice.

We went there for my wifes skin condition.
The doctor saw her and did nothing but said we had to go to ER and charged us 139 for nothing.
