MinuteClinic at CVS, Fort Worth TX

They give appointments and don’t keep them.
They also give appointments during lunch time …?
They should change the name from minute clinic to 45 minute clinic

No contact ability to notify the “clinic” of any schedule changes such as running late. Arrived at the store 10 mins late and was told my appointment was canceled and they would not see me. Of note, there was only one other patient being seen at the time, with 2 providers and no one else waiting. I was told I would not able to get the TB test I scheduled. As a physician myself, I understand when patients show up late and the frustration with it however I also understand that life happens- every clinic I’ve ever been a part of or run my clinic has always allowed patients to call and notify us that they are running late- this “clinic” does not. Every clinic I’ve been a physician in will see patients when they show up late- the typical cutoff is 15 mins however I routinely see patients who show up later- because they’re patients and they showed up. However “clinics” such as this, staffed by “providers” with some online healthcare training pretending to be physicians clearly don’t understand that. This ends my current and future experiences with CVS and minuteclinic and I will be sure to pass the experience on yo my patients.

Do not schedule a COVID test here! I scheduled mine a week in advance, the clinic confirmed it twice, and then on the morning of the year, 45 minutes before, they canceled it! I needed that test for international travel. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid!

Schedule a appointment for covid testing, got there and no one is available to help. Ask the CVS employee and none of them have a clue what going on, just a bunch of people in a small pack room. Can't even check in. After a hour and a half of waiting I just descide to leave. Find a better place cause you deserve better.

I’m not exactly sure why this is called a minute clinic? Make an appointment to wait over an hour to be seen. I don’t appreciate them wasting my time for a child’s physical. Everyone before me also waited over an hour.

More than likely your insurance doesn’t cover their services causing ur trip there to be about the same price as going to the ER which is ridiculous. They also will just hang up on you if u decide to call them if u have a question.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I was mistreated on SEVERAL occasions, and the NP took NO responsibility for her mistakes. So disappointed, NO ONE SHOULD EVER COME HERE!

My job asked me to go get TB tested and I decided to go here because the website said approx. $30-35 without insurance. I thought great! Showed up to my first appointment to get the skin test done and everything went smoothly. Didn’t think much of it, thought all I had to do was return a few days later to have it read…no extra cost, nothing. Turns out the test is $35, the READING is $39? ! So in total it came out to $74. NEVER was I once informed about this. Secondly, the guy that read it didn’t even spend a full 5 seconds to read it to realize it was clearly negative! They really charged me $39 just for a paper to say it is negative and the receipt for the second charge! I asked if this was correct and he assured me it was. Absolutely horrible practice. Please be more open with your clients and up front about all costs BEFORE doing something pr charging them! My job said they would only reimburse me for $25…so now i’m completely out of an extra $50 I needed for groceries. I guess i’ll just starve, since the minute clinic decided to scam me out of my money!

They just hungup the phone after trying to get some answere for ten mins. Dont waste your time

Came in for a TB test and TDaP booster. Scheduled my appointment online, was called at my scheduled time, and went right in and out. Super quick and efficient. Great place to get vaccinations done!

Online check-in is a joke. Lady that was there when I walked in need to find another profession. Other clinics out there better than this brand.

This clinic was pretty good when there was a Dr.there. The last two times I have been in the nurse practitioner misdiagnosed my symptoms and prescribed useless medications where the condition actually worsened. Trying to contact anyone there was frustrating and finally I received a voice mail telling me to go somewhere else! Well OK and you should too!
