7Been waiting for over an hour and still not being seen. Other people who came after me are already seen
Lady was very rude, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to answer a few questions. She was very unprofessional when she spoke to me. I'm not very happy with the customer service here.
They are always friendly and very attentive, great place to go instead of an ER for minor injuries, health tests and physicals
Very convenient with online scheduling and the staff is knowledgeable and caring. Great job! New waiting area is nice improvement!
I walked in this morning for a walking visit and the machine to make the appointment was broke broke the RN came out and tried to help me make an appointment that entire time she told me that she was full for the day and could not see me so I could try again the following day took about 15 minutes for her to confirm that yes the machine was Still broken down and the wait time was about 30 minutes before I was seen after getting settled in the room she proceeded to tell me that they do not take my insurance so after after the entire deal I'm not able to be seen I had to get a sitter and I've came back twice and now I have to go to the ER indeed broke broke she could have seen me in that time frame After standing there talking she decided that she could see me at 4: 00 p.m. So I proceed to seated to leave and found a sitter for my children so I could go back at 4: 00 p.m. One
The message on the phone says "walk-ins welcome" I walk in and they say that they need to make an appointment for two days from now. I brought my daughter in because we suspect she has an ear infection you want her to go another 48 hours. We will take our business elsewhere.
Was seen there today and had an amazing experience! Especially since i showed up like 5 mins before her lunch brake and she still took her time with me to see what was wrong. 50 stars if i could! Both women i spoke with there today were amazing!
