Matt and Minuteman Press jumped in swiftly, saved the day, got me a proof that same day by lunchtime, and had everything printed perfectly for our event. We even added last minute flyers to the list two days before and they finished those as well with no complaint. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Has terrible customer service. Does not have the pay online option, claims his webhost cannot fix it due to covid19. I was planning to cancel and just use a different location in Dallas, but I was going to reconsider if he offered a discount. To which he replied “I would rather throw it in the trash”

I had an outstanding experience with Mike at the Minuteman Press on Greenville Avenue (Dallas) today. Had a rush booklet to produce for a funeral tomorrow. A 12-page, color copy, folded and stapled booklet, 100 copies in less than four hours!
