Drove to Frisco store, talked to clerk about printing an enlarged picture. She said all I needed to do was email it, and they would contact me. 3 days later, received an email saying picture was nor clear, but I would have to pay 50% down to receive an emailed or text photo? This lady said I would have to drive back to the shop just to see the results! Smh. You can't just send it to me to on email or text for approval? Why would I pay 50% and may not like the photo? I already have the original copy! Smdh. Will never do business with them again!

Always great service! I needed business cards printed ASAP and they were very accommodating. It’s the second order I’ve had with them and they always impress me! Dorothy was very communicative and friendly. Will continue to order with them always!

Not the greatest print quality. They made an error with the corners (square vs round) and the cutting (terrible job) and took off 20 bucks on a $400+ job

The Team at Minuteman Press Frisco are friendly, and helpful. They designed some custom point of purchase signs in less than a day at an affordable price. They will be my go-to print and design choice for future projects!

Very helpful and available! There were several adjustments that I had to make and they have been patient and professional. Have yet to receive the sign to leave a review on the quality, but I will receive and update my review shortly.

Overall I am satisfied with their printing quality & value for money. But they need to work on their customer service/response time. I had to follow-up 2-3 times to get my questions answered and place my order. Also their store hours do not seem to be correct as I've been there both before closing/after opening and the doors were locked.
