By far one of the best International staffs. A beautiful place to have a internet zoom meeting. Very diverse, inclusive, with multiple cultural representation. Especially from an international level ️. Fondren offers a mixed bag ️ of opportunity. Especially regarding the middle east, Europe, Asia, Mediterranean, etc & misc. If you are interested small business. International, with multi religious individual's, then fondren has opportunity. Westheimer has tremendous opportunity. Especially with businesses being boarded up. The border isn't that big of a problem. If NATO mandates international reform & regulations on each individual country where people are seeking asylum. Or fleeing from. With recon you find all the tunnels, with investing in border security & holding each State accountable. In terms of finance. It's a quick fix. We have to best & biggest DPS, State troopers, constables, sheriff's, police, & rangers forces in the entire world most likely. Where no problem is un solvable. None the less, Texas will not become a California. Texas will become the best Texas. And minuti offer's a 10 percent discount to all first responders. Police & military ️. The best state in the United States.

Once again lil and I had one of sneaky snacky moments. Which can get costly. So you gotta make em count. This did not seem like the super treat that it turned out to be. We tried new coffee blends. Which celebrated the holiday spirit. The crossiant hand and cheese sandwiches were delicious. Flakey crispy butter and perfectly paired with sweet treats. Fresh daily baked goodies definitely must be repeated. My recommendation would be always the pasticcio muffin. The green bouncy? Lasted longer then I thought it would. It's a portion and flavor we're without comparison. Must move in.

I love coming to this specific Minuti, the coffee is always made well. The location is always clean and kept up with. Thank you so much for the great service!

The customer service was friendly and the place was very clean, I recommended to my coworkers and friends to the location. We are neighbors, Glorious Smiles and Dental Implants, it's also nice to recommend to our patients at a walking distance!

I’ve been coming here for years, when they first opened up the business and customer service was surperb. Over the years the service has went down…I always order through my mobile app to pick up ahead of time because I don’t have time to wait inside.
Regardless, came in today and everyone behind the counter looks at me with a blank face telling me that they haven’t received my order despite placing the order more than 30 mins ago.
Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Something about the minuti dirty chai is better than other dirty chais. I'm always pleased when i go here

Cross contamination issues and a lot of fumbling that indicates management might not be running smoothly.

I am in love with the pistachio muffin. It's unfortunate that a few staff members purposely difficult for English speaking African Americans

In terms of service, they added an app and each time I order 10 minutes /15 minutes in advanced and get there they haven't even started on it. What's the point of the app then? (Oh and the app says it will be done a lot sooner than when I arrive) ie: I placed my order 11: 09 arrive 11: 19 it said it would be done 11: 15 just annoying when you're on the go

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. My wife and I both asked for Iced coffees. Mine was correct hers was blended like a frappe. We both order breakfast as well. She order a turkey egg and cheese croissant. I ordered sausage egg cheese bagel. We waited about 20 mins. Finally after receiving our order my sausage was still half cold/frozen. Hers was also cold. And they gave her ham instead of turkey. I told the short skinny girl with black hair and she just looked at me with a blank face. Terrible

I was blown away the the quality of their coffee and the customer service that was provided. I can honestly say that this is my go to place anytime I visit Houston.

Good Service, Friendly Baristas, Indoor and Outdoor Dining offered, ample parking their coffee ️, in my opinion and taste buds, says it's better than ****bucks.

I had a really good coffee from this place while I was in the Houston area and will definitely be returning when I'm in the area. I had the Mocha which tasted like a really high quality coffee and chocolate were used. I would recommend.

Wonderful service. Nice and clean, well decorated interior. Fresh pastries and of course the coffee was excellent quality. We would be regulars if we lived here.
