Is the nicest most professional. I took my 97 year old mother for a full hearing check he did a amazing check on her and has so much patience. I had my grandchild with me he was so nice to him and the staff was so sweet as well. I highly recommend anyone to visit this office. I give them a 10 Star!

My experience was very pleasant. I was greeted very nice by the receptionist and she was very helpful with information. My aids were repaired and returned to me in a timely manner. Very warm and welcoming environment. I will be returning for my future hearing needs.

Recently was in for a repair of one of my hearing aids. Larry Bean and Sheila Jasek were very professional and great people to work with. This Miracle-Ear is a 5 star location.

The team members of the Miracle Ear clinic at Katy, TX. Mr. Larry Bean H. I. Specialist and Miss Sheila Jasek office Manager are real assets to the company.
Whenever I visited the clinic for my hearing aid related problems I received cooperative and pleasant treatment. Sometimes they try to solve my problems even if I visit the clinic without scheduled appointment.
I am glad to be regular customer/patient at Katy clinic.

Larry is an amazing person.a rare breed of professionals who loves what they do and shows it to the customer in every way possible. I was traveling to Houston for a baptism and forgot my hearing aid charger in Florida. It was Friday night of Easter weekend. Larry had no need to be at the store,
but he got word of my dilemma from the call center, immediately called me back, and told me to swing by on Saturday morning for a loaner charger! I was at the church Saturday morning, and the preparations were taking longer than expected. I called Larry, and he said no problem, he would wait for me. When I arrived at the shop, Larry was upbeat, welcoming, FUnNNY, and full of great vibes and lively goodness. What a fantastic experience. It has solidified my great feelings about Miracle Ear.n8t just the tech, but the people!

My experience with the Miracle Ear location on Grand Prix in Katy has been the best. Both Larry Bean and the receptionist has been patient, kind, very helpful, and very professional with my dad. One best decision I ever made.

My total experience with this place is excellent.
Larry is the hearing specialist and he does an amazing job of keeping your hearing aids adjusted to your liking.
Sheila is the Office Manager plus cleans and maintains your hearing aids.
Both of them are very caring people and delightful to be around.

Mr Bean made a miracle happen for me just before closing time this past Friday. I had just arrived in town on a weekend visit for a major family birthday…and unpacking at the hotel discovered I had left my bedside hearing aid charger at home…thus ruining my ability to interact and thus the whole visit.
When I called, Mr Bean wanted to help but since he did not carry my device brand, asked me to text him a picture of such and right away he texted back that he could LEND me a charger that would work. I d just leave it at the hotel desk when I’d leave and he would pick it up later (since The store would be closed on that day, Sunday).

I rushed to the store just at closing time, but mr Bean and his colleague were there ready with a gift bag (with a charger in it) and a huge welcoming.smile. I was in shock, shaking with happiness that I could wear my hearing aids all weekend and partake of the special family celebration.

This is above and beyond service, more like the Good Samaritain parachuting in front of me, a miracle!

To put the story in perspective, I had first called a nearby provider of my brand who gave me the number of the national provider, who in turn referred me to the provider I d just called and who had no way to help me…? ….

Mr Bean is a man of his word. He obviously want to do what he can to help.
I would recommend him to any of my family or friends.

Mr. Bean was very thorough and professional in reviewing the current adjustments of my hearing aids. He explained the findings of my most recent audio gram in detail. I left with a replacement of my hearing aids while mine are in for repair.
This was the best service I have had from Miracle-Ear in my 4 years of being a customer there.

This location is managed by Larry Bean. Larry was very accommodating during the entire process of fitting hearing aids for my father. He went more than the extra mile to accommodate my 92 year old father. I would recommend this office to anyone needing help with hearing aids.
