Very Knowledgable and Helpful. I had an issue with my mom’s hearing aid and John Walker worked with her for an hour and got her problem fixed. He even upgraded her aids to a better quality one. Highly Recommend them.

My first experience with hearing aids was not very good and everyone here is very pleasant and I have done really well with my hearing aids. My experience here has been very good.

Some of the nicest nicest people that I have dealt with. My old hearing aid company, I felt that they were not listening to me. Mikki and Olivia have great customer service, they are number one when it comes to their service. They have become part of my family! I never felt that the hearing aid company that I was with before cared about my concerns or cared to take care of my aids, but Mikki is very attentive and always listens to me. Olivia makes sure that I have something to drink and am comfortable while I wait. Best place to get hearing aids in town.

I have had ME hearing aids for several years. We travel the US fulltime, so we see a lot of different ME Associates. Micki is very thorough with testing and treating you like a new customer. Giving me lots of information, some I had not received before. She asked on my insurance, took my card and called to see if I was covered. (I thought I was not!) I found out differently! Big savings on my end! We ran into some issues getting the new ME aids, but Micki was quick to make the calls to get things corrected. Micki and Olivia are devoted to their customers!

My husband and I have been very happy with the services we have received from Mikki and Olivia. They have been so helpful and extremely patient with explanations and showing my husband how to apply the hearing aids. My husband was frustrated and Mikki continued to patiently show him and tell him the importance of wearing them daily. Reccomendations are off the wall for this place!

My grandmother has had hearing aids in the past that just never worked well. She always complained that her aids were muffled and that all she could hear was background noise. She got a flyer from Miracle Ear, so we decided to try them. When we got there Olivia greeted us with the biggest smile and the the friendliest demeanor. She offered us coffee, snacks and other refreshments. Mikki then tested my grandmother and we really felt she knew what she was doing and what she was talking about. It was such a great experience. She was very thorough on explaining every step of the testing process. We decided that we would go forward with purchasing the level 5 hearing aids. We are very excited about her new aids.

My husband got a flyer in the mail from Miracle Ear in Huntsville, Texas for a free hearing test. We neither were disappointed. They have really come a long way in hearing aids. He has had several pair only to get aggravated with them due to his severe Tinnitus. This pair has all the bells and whistles and because it is communicating with the brain, the Tinnitus is rarely heard. You can pair it to you phone and to your TV. It is great not to hear his TV all over the house. When his phone rings he answers it and he can hear it through his hearing aids. No more having to put it on speaker and turn it up as loud as it will go.
They are not cheap but he is so very happy to be able to hear good after so many years.he deserves them.
So, if anyone is as desperate to hear as Gayle was, check with Olivia or Mikki at Miracle Ear in Huntsville and tell her Gayle told you about them. Gayle's happy, Bonnie's happy and no one has to yell to talk to Gayle anymore. So blessed.
