Delisha and Jaclyn were both very professional and helpful throughout my entire appointment! Both very welcoming and made the entire process so easy! They taught me so much!

Delisha went above and beyond to help my mom out. My mom has been struggling with other hearing aids for years. Delisha was patient and made sure all of my mom’s concerns with previous hearing aids were understood and she took the time to educate her. Delisha walked her through adjustments to make sure she was comfortable, but still hearing everything she should. Thank you so much to the Miracle Ear team!

Yes, i love Miracle Ear as Paul Stephenson is the best. He explained all and now i have the most beautiful hearing aids. I had been wearing them for years and thot due to my age 83 that it was the best that i could hear but now I am so happy with my hearing and my grandkids are too as i can hear all what they say. Yep, it is a Miracle and one happy camper here.

Words can't express how happy I am with the hearing aids, and the services I received from Paul Stephenson and jacqlyn at miricle ear in Waxahachie, Paul was very thorough with the hearing test, I was all but deaf and didn't realize it, he explained everything in great detail so I could upstand what was going on and what differences its going to make in my life, I practically secluded myself from social activity, the hearing test was free, had to listen to the TV volume on 60 + and now my life has changed for the good, I want to be social now and TV volume is on around 18. I took my husband to get his hearing checked with Paul in Waxahachie a week and a half ago. Paul was very professional, polite, detailed of what he was going to do, explained everything as he went. Did an awesome job doing the hearing test. He explained how the hearing aids work and how to use them.
Jacqueline was great too. She explained things and steps to my husband and i in away he and I could understand. We are both very pleased with the experience and highly recommend this office. My husband is a different person with his hearing aids on a good note!
