Initially the hearing aid specialist that I met with misquoted me on the hearing aids over confusion about my insurance benefits. However, after posting a bad review the area supervisor called me quickly and explained and apologized. I gave them another chance and got in immediately. They explained thing’s clearly and after weighing my options was able to get an excellent pair for around $1200. I could have gone as low as $400 out of pocket but wanted/needed the extra features.

I purchased hearing aids from a competitor, years ago and they never fit comfortably, did not help me significantly and obtaining service after the sale was a hassle. With Wendy's excellent help, I was able to purchase a pair that not only help's me tremendously, either when I am in a crowed restaurant, a wide open stadium, or when I am teach elementary school students. After the sale, Wendy worked with me to set up appointment to monitor my progress and make adjustments. My rewarding experience with Miracle Ear, and Wendy, has restored my faith in hearing aids.

Scott and the other employees of the Bryan TX office were very friendly and professional. I am a healthcare professional with a lot of knowledge of human anatomy and physiology but I learned so much about hearing loss from Scott. They helped me to find the right hearing product for me.
