What makes Mirador special, the resident have quality of life, several residents I did interview, why you pick Mirador they said “ I want quality of life, good community, with several activities, good service, good food “. I love it here I learned so much from the residents at Memory care unit, they all have interesting story. Seems I have good rapport with the residents. Staff are easy to get along with. Management are the best;).

I can not give a full review as of yet. The limited knowledge of their business would be presumptive to review completely. I think they place you in categories of service. To be in their finest living (retirement) is not simply paying for the services. There is a criteria that must be approved. This being the case it leaves you to not consider it as an end all solution. In a first look impression, I think it is a lot of pretty pictures and brochures.

Beautiful place. However, the case manager was misleading when I toured. It’s as if she was only interested in our finances. My mom needs a place to heal after two complicated surgeries that left her in need of total care. My parents have great insurance and supplemental coverage. Initially a pleasant visit, until the finances and length of intended stay were discussed. Suddenly, they had no rooms despite learning from a CNA in my presence that three rooms had become available. The case manager quickly relented and stated the rooms would not be available to my mom because they were to be held for residents who may need them, they are priority. I felt discouraged and observed her attitude/demeanor to shift from cordial representative to condescending indifference. What a shame to misrepresent an awesome place. The location and service were ideal for my mom. The care and pleasant atmosphere were just what she needs to heal. However, I’ve researched this facility and that case manager won’t even take calls from other case managers who are attempting to send referrals. She’s a nightmare and my mom has to settle because she is blocking “certain” people from being admitted. I wish Her bosses were aware, unless they condone that type of representation. What a waste of time.
