First, I don’t want this review to sound like I am bashing or trashing this dealership. I just want to give a complete and honest run down of my thoughts and experiences for anyone like me who is also trying to decide on the correct route to take. Waited a few months to gather my thoughts in order to write the best review possible

Arrived at Mission wanting to trade in my 2021 Triumph Bobber for something a little larger. Wanted to use Synchrony as the same loan company. They offer zero percent interest for active-duty military. Figured this would be no problem since the Indian website states that they are one of the four banks that can be used for a loan.
I explained this to the finance person at the dealership who then called her colleague, I believe his name was Adam, who then explained to me that he never heard of this before that was positive I was mistaken. Stated that he has been in this business for decades and that I must be mistaken. Explained to him that I have been calling them weekly, sometimes daily and that I am sure that they offer this. Stated that I have received a letter from them and that I am receiving a refund check for all the interest that I have paid over the years (Was unaware that they did this initially, and just recently found this out when I called them to change my mailing address. They have refunded me almost $3,000 worth of interest.) Understandable if they have a preferred bank that they personally like going through but I just felt like it was unprofessional for them to basically call me a liar and not be open to new information. No one knows it all no matter how long they’ve worked in a particular field. They also don’t like/want to/or have little to no interest installing third party parts/accessories which is extremely odd to me since it is common for one to want to customize an American V Twin cruiser. I feel like that is a given.
The only thing I liked about Mission City was the salesman, Maverick. Super chill and easy to talk to. Seemed like a genuine person. The overall vibes for this dealership were off.
Understand that I didn’t have to take the offer they gave me, but I was already fixated on getting a new motorcycle that day. No big deal.

Fast forward a couple weeks. I take my bike to Woods Cycle Country to get a Lloydz tune. Positive experience with great 5-star customer service. Fast forward a week or two after that and I get a third-party cosmetic part put on my bike. A part that mission city motorcycle would not install for either one of the reasons mentioned above. In summation, I would go to Woods Cycle Country if I could do it all over again. During this Woods County Cycle was also extremely helpful in diagnosing and rectifying some issues that I was having with the motorcycle.

Missions City
Pros – Good Salesmen
Cons – Doesn’t install third party parts, doesn’t have the ability to custom tune, finance guy

Woods Cycle County
Pros – Installs third party parts, great customer service, ability to custom tune, offers Synchrony banks for loans (coworker recently got a bike from there. Contact Synchrony and has a zero percent loan)
Cons- None so far. I am sure one or two will come to mind one day but overall there's nothing significant

Very clean, good service, no pressure sales. Good selection of new and used bikes in stock.

Service department is obviously overworked and understaffed, took me 1 week to get a appointment and then several more days to get feedback on an issue with my Roadmaster. I made management aware of this perceived issue.

Was a great experience. Special shout out to Colton who worked with me by email (because of work he can say he sold a bike to a guy in Africa. LOL) AND Sam in finance who made triple sure I got the best deal on my new '23 zero DSR/X fully loaded!

I am editing this because I just had a dealership experience at Woods Indian that made my experience here even more infuriating.

Bought my 2022 Indian Scout Bobber Sixty here last year…great staff…since then, I’ve ordered parts and also received great service!

We have had a fantastic experience in dealing with all the folks at Mission City Indian from Sales to Service and in Accessories. We took the chance in travelling down to Boerne from further up in Hill Country when looking for the right bike and price and are very glad we did. It is a very different store and vibe than it's sister in Austin, if nothing else based on the fact that it has been in business 7 years longer. My wife was particularly comfortable with the whole experience and really enjoyed all the personal attention and caring that Christina and her people showed throughout the process. Our Roadmaster is fantastic, everything promised was delivered, and we couldn't be happier.

I continue to work with dealership for all my needs and even purchased a second bike, a Sport Chief, from them as well. Definitely worth the drive for me.

I was able to sit my future ride and ask ALL the questions I had thus far regarding the Roadmaster. Now to work numbers and details out with Coleman. Thank you Coleman for making the visit unpressured.

The absolutely worst experience ever. Finance is unprofessional and incompetent. Missy it is illegal to withhold a purchase order from the buyer. It is enough to get the Federal Bureau involved. That is the shady practice she does, among others I'm sure.

As I came into San Antonio I stopped by to get my motorcycle checked on. The staff here at Mission City Indian wasted no time and took my bike to the back. Checked air pressure, oil, diagnostics was done to it and a few other things.
I asked if they could do an oil chance and within 30 minutes after the approval I had new oil, air filter and spark plugs. Jeremy is the man you need to look for to get a fair and quick service on your bike. Thanks to Omar and Fernando for the quick service done to my 2015 Indian chieftain. Instagram@Snapshotindian

Excellent dealership and experience. This having been our 5th Indian Motorcycle purchase, we can honestly claim a good bit of experience and I can easily say Mission City made it the best. Christina made the financing quick and painless. We appreciate you guys! We’d only heard good things about you and we found it to be true!
(This isn’t the bike we bought)

Mission City Indian rental
First off I was very pleased with the 2022 Roadmaster we rented- great bike!
However, the customer service was HORRIBLE! From the moment we walked in the door it felt like we were a total inconvenience to the staff.
-Bike wasn’t ready at 10 am like it was supposed to be
-Helmets were included in rental- (Jeremy customer service guy) ? Could only find 2 nasty old helmets that didn’t fit well for either of us- very limited selection apparently.
-I know in this post Covid world that customer service is hard to find, but never have I felt so worthless as a customer before- you’d think they would bend over backwards to treat a customer well knowing a $30,000 sale is possible
- Checking bike back in the next morning was just as unpleasant- cold, indifferent (not rude but almost) - then he accused me of not topping off the fuel tank— fuel was right at top of neck and available range on tank showed 240 miles- only showed 224 when I picked up bike day before…
Do yourself a favor and go to Harley D on other side of freeway- probably will be a better experience!

Ms. Christina Rockwood is amazing! She was so sweet and attentive with zero pushiness. I wish i had her as my own personal sales woman. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience buying my Roadmaster Dark Horse with the team at Mission City Indian Motorcycle. I want to thank Hector for reaching out through the whole process and Christina for helping with the purchase process. You all have been great, very understanding and helpful.
