Mission Cleaning Center, San Antonio TX

I do not recommend this place. The employees do not know how to do their job. They have ruined my sons uniforms & patches, they made some kind of markings on the sleeves & around the patches. I have spoken to the owner and to make a long conversation short, he made me the customer feel like it was our fault. I originally brought my sons uniforms to them to get them fix & I was told that they could but they never could after speaking to the owner he said that they couldn’t all along but I wasn’t told that. All they did was make the uniform shirts worse. I was told to return them but I don’t feel confident nor comfortable leaving them in their hands. They should replace the shirts since the employees damage them. Also in speaking with the owner I was very disappointed with his attitude.

If you're not at mission cleaning center are your clothes even clean? Wouldn't trust no one other than mission.like my friend tony the tiger would say. They're GREAT

I experienced an issue with the dry cleaning service, but to the credit of the business and owner, the issue was addressed and resolved.

Good service and fast turnaround time! Get your laundry done here and just make sure you have all your clothes when you pick it up. But the quality of work is the best.

The staff is friendly and the owner is too. I forgot my credit card at home and the owner let me take my clothes home on the promise I'd return the next day with my card. Thank you Mission Cleaners!

Haven't been to this place in many many years. I was happy that the still took money. Nice and clean place.

Decent prices. Mediocre service. Hit or miss quality. Only place near me though, so I deal with it.

Girl charge us more, they have an old school weight which she couldnt read it right. Charge 2 extra pounds plus when adding everything she was charging me 5 dlls more, doing math with her fingers was not helping her at all.

I don't like the changes made when taking clothes to cleaners. Now you have to prepay when dropping off clothes. I don't work. I am retired. I don't have a weekly income. I have a monthly income. I do pay my bills before I know what I can spend. And I don't want to wait monthly to see if I have the money to prepay for my clothes. So this prepaid thing doesn't work for me. I will have to look for another cleaning center.

Needs a face life building is old and looks dusty inside where you drop off your clothing for dry cleaning

Not sure how or why this laundry cleaner location is rated as one of the highest in SA! I used this dry cleaner service 3 times to be fair. The first visit, with high expectations, was jaw dropping horrible! When I got my garments back, one hadn't even been cleaned or pressed! The stain and reason for the visit was still there. It should've been an easy clean, but as I was too lazy to deal with it myself, I opted for a professionals service. It wasn't ink, or any permanent substance, so a simple wash would've sufficed I'm sure. The second go round, I picked up a brown pull over polo when I left a white one! The last chance was really a last resort and only place open when I needed it desperately. A stain to my suit jacket prompted need for immediate attention. I took the pants as well and was told if there was no need for the pants to be cleaned, I really shouldn't. Why I listened or had even come back, was to be my regret and absolute surety of never going again. I now own what looks like suit separates instead of a suit! Nothing positive to say about this establishment and the (lack of) service they provide. I'll just leave it at that

Was a great place until 3 of my husband's jersey shirts were damaged by person that was probably not trained! The shirts were in very good condition until one was stained and the other two were burned because of shirt material common sense was not used on this situation! My husband had given specific instructions in regards to shirts that they needed to be washed but instead were burned.shirts value were $125 EACH! And instead was given $120 FOR ALL THREE SHIRTS! Suppously because it was used but the shirts had 1.sentimental value 2. It is going to be difficult to find! And 3. If my husband find the same jersey shirts it's going to cost triple the amount.which I could add picture so please be careful of their service before you take anything expensive!

Most friendly employess I've met any where. I have been using their service for over 25 years and never any problems! A 5 diamond business!

Very disappointed in the way they handled their business I took a shirt back in early december which was $25 dollars (may not be a lot) but still they burned it they blamed on me I called several times and I mean over 30 calls Audrie which is the manager she doesn't return my calls the one time I spoke to her she was really disrespectful till this date 1/21 I haven't heard nothing from them I guess that's how much they care for their customers I wanted information on Mr Baker which is Audries boss couldn't help with that wanted to let him know how much Audrie cares about her job. I highly recommend not to do any business with them don't get y'all clothes burn go somewhere else where they really value their customers
