I arrived late my appointment and was told they would working in and give you a shout as soon as possible. My car was finished and I was headed to work much quicker than I expected. Thank you so much to the team that got my car in and out of there so quickly.

Ruben in the service department has been my service advisor several times since I purchased the vehicle in 2018 and he has consistently been attentive, helpful and professional. I feel comfortable, valued and in good care when Ruben answers the service desk and sets my appt through being there when I arrive, keeping me updated on service and additional maintenance through checkout. Great employee who seems to enjoy what he does everyday.

Quoted me an hour for an oil change and I waited way less time than that. They're always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car or even just service

I just want to say to anyone who's looking for car need to go to Mission Mitsubishi and ask for James. I kid you not you'll leave with a brand new car. I was very doubtful that day that I wouldn't get anything because I've been turned down before but James came through he kept his promise and I left with a brand new car. He's a nice guy and he does his job. The staff are wonderful people too very friendly here. I brought my best friend here and they all treated her the same way. And came outside twice in the cold and showed her how to operate her touch screen and operate her car. Once again Thanks Mission Mitsubishi for everything.

I went to Mission Mitsubishi to get information on financing a vehicle. I showed up at 7PM and had a BRAND NEW vehicle by 9PM. MJ was one of the best car salesman I have ever encountered and he is a true blessing. I didn’t think that I would ever be the owner of a brand new vehicle and he was able to make it happen. The WORST service I have ever been given at any establishment, tried to inquire about getting keys for my rims and the same young women deliberately hung up on me 4 times in a row. Very unprofessional will not be giving them any business going forward as a Mitsubishi owner since the 90s VERY disappointed.

I always feel like I get great service at mission Mitsubishi. I got my oil changed the price was just right and they even adjusted something for my hood to pop open when I need it popped open

I’d recommend to anyone that they see Pedro Rodriguez and Q Jarrar. 0n a scale of 1-10 they’re a 10. The entire staff was very friendly, but Pedro was great to work with and gave me a fantastic deal. Q was extremely helpful working with me also. Thank you Mission Mitsubishi you have a great staff.

Just purchased a brand new vehicle from here, salesman (MJ) was incredibly patient and helpful! Initially got approved with a not so great interest rate but huge thanks to Q in finance for advising me to wait a few more minutes to submit one more app to RBFCU, ended up almost cutting my interest rate in half! Awesome people actually willing to take the extra step to actually HELP their customers!

Went to mission Mitsubishi when I spoke to other dealers. The other dealers stated that all they could was get me into a used car that they would choose. I had a 2011 Mazda trade in. Went to Mitsubishi after my mom recommended them. They gave me the most for my trade in and I drove off in a brand new vehicle.
My dealer was James. I am extremely happy with my new safe and sporty vehicle.

This " cash for junkers" thing is a joke. They took off 4500 when i didnt even have a car, then when i saw the paperwork i saw that they added a 2500 fee on another line and they had some bs to say about it. Its funny how the car i was going to get had a 2000 rebate and thats what they took off in the end by adding that 2500 on to the paper work. Shady. Ive seen a forest with less shade and less lies. Go any where else. Ill be purchasing my car from somewhere else after i walked out of there

Walked in literally and drove off the lot. They were amazing as they helped me with no money down and gave me $4500 for my junker. No more walking in the hot sun, cold or rainy weather thanks to Wally, James I, and team. You guys rockTeam work stopped this girls feet from hurting.
