Mister Car Wash, El Paso TX

Used to give great service. But once you remove the technicians the dry the car down and I have to do it myself… RU serious? I asked the manager OK so how much are you discounting the price of the wash since you removed part of the service… answer 0 you still pay the full price you were paying Before period why did you remove the technicians that drive the car down… O somebody got hurt got ran over. Me… car washes have been around for a 100 years I'm sure that's not the 1st person to get into an accident. So you turned part of the service into DIY where is my discount why didn't the price go down? True answer we are saving lots of money laying off people all over the city and going to DIY. Go to the one in Northeast Ep. Its the nicest one they got & I'm also speaking for the 3 I've been to in Albuquerque, NM.
Northeast El Paso Mr. Carwash is your best bet

Will not ever be going there the way they claim to dry you're vehicle with just rags spinning around doesn't even dry your whole vehicle.

I have noticed their vacuums are not as powerdul as they used to be and they dont use the brush to do the back bumper or sides of trucks. But for a quick wash n clean they do the job. I must say their employees are always friendly and wave. At least they acklowledge their customers which is always nice!

So they took the guys away from drying vehicles. Ok good. They add a towel dryer at the end of your wash and IT DOESNT EVEN DRY ANYTHING.not to mention the back of my vehicles doesnt even get washed right. Its always dirty. I like this place hopefully they can make minor adjustments

Always great specially using the premium monthly membership. Just wish they would have a scented spray option when vacuuming

Washed my suv and was happy with the service, good vacuum cleaners free to use, will definitely come back.

Do not like your new drying system! Does not dry back window of SUV. You should have someone to dry back window and mirrors. Going to cancel my membership if it doesn't change. Sorry

I hope they don’t ever get as bad as George Dieter, because George Dieter is terrible. I’ll drive a little for the better service here

I wanted a simple car wash, the attendant did an awesome job with her sales pitch i purchased $20 car wash, i was a second away from buying the unlimited; i tell you that girl was good! With that said, a SIMPLE DIRT STAIN i had on my window its still there, the rims on the right side WERE NOT TOUCHED AT ALL, (i have pictures)

After answer to my review- is this a drive thru car wash? Was i offered clean rims? Both answers are YES. I did not ask for anything but what i was offered. IF i had time to go back to talk to the manager i would of, but unfortunately i did not. Resolution. None.

Good business to go to if you like keeping your car looking nice, ny biggest issue is when they dry your car, sometimes they do a half a** job. They should put a third person to help dry the cars and trucks.

My favorite place to wash and vacuum my car. Employees are friendly and helpful, vacuums work great, always a pleasant experience.

Love this place! Yes it's a little pricey for the Platinum membership, but it's taken good care of our new car, especially with the high heat and sun rays in our beautiful Sun City of El Paso, TX. We now have the same membership for our truck. Just wish they had family memberships or discounts for multiple packages.maybe in the future they will.

Attentive staff. The drying is too quick you need to finish off on your own but it's all good for the time and efficiency
