3/18/20 Absolutely horrible customer service! I dare anyone to call their number 437-2526, and attempt to cancel your membership! Not local and the lady was severely rude and hung up on me. I immediately called back several times but the SAME number I had just called now said it was disconnected and not in service. Mister Car Wash you should not have any customers with service like this!

The after wash wipers are off and now I have spots on the windshield and side windows mirrors and the passenger mirror is left pushed in. That way I am left to stop, push out mirror, wipe them and the windows of spots. OBTW your price for unlimited is $5.00 higher than Blue Wave for the same hands free wash.
Of course this is Abilene, TX and everything is higher priced and labor rates of pay lower.
God Bless the 3 Christian Colleges here who frank out business degrees.

I want to thank management and corporate for working towards a fair resolution to make a situation right with my daughter's car. Things happen and nobody is perfect. Mr Carwash Lube on s27th in Abilene Tx has shown me that they can rise above the situation and show compromise to resolve problems. As minor an incident as this was they made things whole again and in doing so maintained my daughter as a valued customer. It's not how far the ball drops, it's how you pick it back up and run with it. Mr Carwash has earned my families recommendation. Thanks again guys.

Went thru the car wash 3 times and still had bugs on the front of the car. Not worth the price in my opinion!

I like how clean my truck looks after being washed the staff always there to assist you with a friendly smile.

Buffalo Gap Misters is our favorite location! Very friendly workers and always smiling! We live on north side and will take the drive to Buffalo Gap to get our car wash! The lines can be very long at times but they move very quickly! You guys are very appreciated!

Dirt and mud all over my truck! Only 1 guy spraying! I had to ask him to spray my hood and windows! You need harder workers, and 2 guys spraying at all times! And teach your employees to have a sense of urgency!

Scratched my paint on my new truck and didnt own up to it. If you have a black or darker vehicle, put a flashlight to it and you'll see all the swirl marks!

I went threw and got a wash and noticed I had just a little smudge of oil left on my truck which is totally understandable.its oil.so I went back and a man named ADAM who i believe is the manager came out and personally cleaned it off my truck with a smile on his face the whole time and was super friendly.great customer service I left happy and satisfied I highly recommend this car wash.thanks again adam.

Basically don’t bring a vehicle here unless it’s already clean. Had dust (not mud) and wouldn’t let us in. I’m usually reasonable but this is the second time to be turned down for dusty vehicle.

I signed up for the monthly unlimited wash plan. It is very affordable if you wash your car multiple times a month

Quick and convenient most of the time. Only reason I'm withholding stars is because I've been through 5 times and they never get my fender wells clean. The automatic wash leaves a lot of spots. If you do the full detail, they get it really clean though.

My first time visiting here and very impressed with the manager. Clean place to get your car washed, with different options of car washes.

The wait times are rough and the scrubber before the wash along with the towel drying team just phone it in these days.

Decently cheap though.

Service was pretty good, staff was professional and vacuums were fairly strong. All in all it's l pretty impressive but not quite enough wow factor for 5 stars.

Website says they close at 730pm. Went tonight at 718pm and they were already closed. They need to update times on site so customers aren't driving across town to find them closed early.

Very unhappy with this place as we were being motioned in and the guy was not paying attention and kept motioning us in caused a collision and they will not take responsibility.

Never gets the bugs off anymore, they also never spray that stuff on the front though anymore. Vacuums are constantly clogged with trash and have to clean it out my self
