I miss when there were guys at the end of the wash to wipe down extra water droplets on the cars

Ok wash, horrible new drying system, it comes down in front of your vehicle at the end, it will semi dry the front, top and rear of your vehicle. However, it's unable to dry your mirrors, windows and doors, horrible system skip Mr. Car Wash!

Is good this place to take to wash the cars but its sometines busy this place it. Has a lot demand. That good point because that means is making a good work all employees.

It use to be better now looks like thay meke the wash more faster and the car its not so clean like it use to be on the past

Love this place, you're in and out in a snap, if you get the deluxe package and pay in a monthly basis you save tones of money, worth it.

New roller dryer is a joke. Please don't give me a generic response that you want to learn more. I called corporate and they told me to pound sand. Both memberships cancelled today.

It was better when they wipe down your autos windows by hand on the wsy out n it was a job for 1 to 2 people just my 2 cents.:)

We’ve had a membership for this car wash for years but had to recently cancel it due to the service being bad we use to be a bit unsatisfied when they hand dried the cars due to the lack of effort but it was passable until they installed the huge rolling cotton ball that does even worse than the hand dryers! Definitely not worth the $30+ a month and still have to get off and dry my b vehicle myself

It used to be great but now that they dont hand dry I will be canceling my unlimited car wash stamp.

And just like that you lost another customer the reviews are correct this new way of cutbacks has made me just switch to daddyos on Eastlake at least they can dry my truck

I guess they don't have dry your cats anymore! They had the roller thing dry the top of my car. Nobody cleaned the side mirrors, or back window, or side of my car! And they want me to get the unlimited wash! Never going back.

Great car wash just that the new drying system doesn't work because it leaves the car all spotty

This is the worst location I have gone too. You pay and drive thru and you still have to get down amd wipe down and dry your car. Half of the vacuums don't work.obviously they don't care about their customers

Dont need a response back from management worse drying system ever and i use to like mister car wash. Please don't respond its probably a machine responding to us anyways. Most reviews we put are getting same answer from u robots.

Very unhappy ever since you installed that big roller at the end. It leaves water spots on my windows and side mirrors. Bad investment on that roller. I was much happier with the people cleaning the excess water and putting my side mirrors on its place. Now I have get off and fix them myself and actually take the time to wipe down the water.

Car wash used to be really good. Now it sucks. They have this new drier roller that only dries the hood and top. The sides, the back and the mirrors are always left very wet. I think im cancelling my membership.

I've always had to park and completely dry off my car but now they installed this roller thing that just goes over the top of your vehicle.now its even more time consuming if you want your car completely dried off. If every location does this I'll just cancel my membership and just do the work myself. After all it wasn't about not doing the work myself it was about how faster it was to get it done here. Plus the vacuums are weak.

Unlimited washes is worth it. Get to go as many times as you want. The vaccum suction worked great here, unlike others. The dryers at the end actually do their job right with the towels. (The peeps not the actual dryers) Thanks dudes!

Good car wash, free vacuums with wash, however the vacuums could use a cleaning out, some of them have lost suction.

Overall great place, only place I wash my car.

Really disappointed with the new set up that automatic dry wheel at the end. Leaves vehicles still wet w soap exc. Really wish the employees would hand dry like before.
