Mister Car Wash & Mister Oil Change Express, El Paso TX

Got the platinum wash, drive off and saw my cup holders were still dirty and the floor wasn’t clean on the driver side. Gum wrappers were on the side of the door.

Price on oil change is high and they are not doing a good job in drying the cars when you do the drive threw. My husband had asked why they are slacking off and they said they were told not to waste time on drying cars. They sometimes take off antennas.

I honestly could do better had to keep reminding on shots missed the inside wasn't hit up properly the whole middle section was missed

Came here to get my inspection sticker very polite and friendly, they have complimentary popcorn and coffee which it’s really nice when your coming with kids they have ac and it’s very clean. And most importantly free WiFi

These guys use to be great. They now are slow and have poor customer service. Recommend going to another one.

Last weekend I went for a quick wash, left $10 bill on my cup holder “on purpose”. Went I went back to my car the bill wasn’t there, I told the guy and they told me that the have to check the cameras in multiple occasions. At the end I left the place with a Bad car wash and -$10. Avoid this place!

Really bad customer service, you pay an excessive fee to get your car clean and they don’t even try, I even asked to talk to the manager and he is the one cleaning the cars so you won’t get a good explanation or solution, just look for another place to get your car wash, this place is over rated, never going back!

Use to love this place but for the last 3-4 visits I have not been satisfied. My car has to be run through twice because its not being cleaned and the rags they use to dry off the vehicle leave a greasy film all over my black car. The employees DO try to correct but its getting so frustrating having to see the same problem repeatedly without anyone correcting it. Management, please do not allow them to use the same towels over and over again. Or get a better soap that actually gets all previous oil on rags off because it is ruining cars.

Please note this rating is for the wash experience itself. The employees have always been understanding and their customer service is great.

Fast service for an oil change. And a free basic car wash or $10 off a premium car wash. A little pricy but worth it. There is coffee and popcorn free while you wait.

Waited over 2hrs for oil change and that’s with my truck in the bay already. I came here thinking it would in and out I should have just kept going to dealership for this wait time. Never again for a oil change.

My car went through the full service and still came out with trash under the seats and they didn’t put the scent I paid for.

Only parts of washer worked last visit. Did not get what I paid for. Too crowded to stop and address the issue

The Zaragoza and Montwood location has Easy lane for unlimited car wash membership. Mister Car Wash has multiple locations all over El Paso that makes it too easy for them to keep your car shining clean!

Took my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and my wife’s 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe, both jobs were poorly done. She got an oil change and upgraded the car wash so the interior would get done, and the vacuum job they did was piss poor, only did a light wipe down of the interior didn’t even wipe down the radio screen or on top of the steering wheel. They didn’t say that the Tahoe would need more oil and they tried to sell me other stuff that it didn’t need. Mine was just the exterior and interior and I got the same results my floor mats still had a lot of dirt they only put armor all on the dash left dust on radio and steering wheel. I have all terrain tires they put way too much armor all on the tires and it ended up splashing the sides of the truck. Piss poor quality work here especially for the price of $33. What a lazy work ethic, especially to teach these young kids. I’m pretty sure this is not there career job and they are going to take these same work ethics with them and give the same piss poor results to other people.

One of the better mister car wash locations in El Paso staff very nice and polite, they take a little more time with your vehicle but always leave it looking perfect

Mister car wash is always good, a nice quick carwash. I purchased the monthly pass for the wife's Jeep and the guys there do a great work. If I may suggest something please add a multi car pass. Some of us want that. Other than that keep up the good work.

This place sucks, they charge you to pass a rug on top of dashboard, if you need to clean the rest of the dashboard they charge you extra. This is what I got for paying the premium ($33) if you need the rest of the vehicle clean they charge $120. Never come back.

The 20 dollar offer they have, is the best deal I have found. It's always pleasent good service and friendly smiles.

Need to go through 2-3 times to get your car clean here. They also use the same rag for many cars to dry so you end up with dirty windows. Go to Vista del Sol location, they do a way better job in my opinion.
