We just saw Dr. Moskowitz for the first time for a rather hard diagnosis. He has been so kind, informative, and helpful. He has answered all of our questions and even called us after hours.

THE BEST

My experience with Dr. Moskowitz has been very positive. I have had major issues with kidney stones. He got me in as an emergent patient, and I had surgery within the week. I will need at least one more surgery, possibly two, to get back on track. He has been thorough and has explained everything to me very well. His staff in the back have all been very kind to me, which is refreshing after a bad experience with a previous urologist's office.

Dr. Moskowitz, nurses and the entire staff are the best! I highly recommend them.

Dr Moskowitz is very kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough
He's very good explaining details and although extremely busy, never makes one feel rushed. Highly recommend!

Rarely do I write one-star, but this practice deserves it. So, I go for an initial consult for a vasectomy. I arrive and start to fill out my paperwork. I turn in my paperwork and the woman behind the counter asks how I am going pay, I state I have insurance she says "oh you have insurance (extremely snarky). I said all of my information including insurance is listed she says, "no problem" (I'll return to billing later in this review). I see Dr Moskowitz he is personable; he checks me out all good to go. He states they will get you scheduled for the procedure at the desk see you in a few weeks. I schedule the procedure I ask her how much it will be with my insurance? She states she is actually on the phone with my insurance company. We schedule the procedure she says someone will call with your copay information. I think ok I'll wait on the call my appointment is for a Monday a few weeks later. The Friday before my procedure I'm at work and Texas Urologist are blowing up my phone I have visual voicemail and every single message is calling to confirm my appointment for Monday (they called 5 times). At 4: 45 pm on that Friday I get another voicemail stating that the doctor had something come up and that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. Seems to me that Dr Moskowitz did not have enough confirmations, so he decided to go play golf (that is an assumption but I'm sure you see my point). The voicemail was so rude and the woman on the phone states "do not show up here on Monday as no one will be here for the procedure". I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was over the top. Two months later I get a bill from the billing dept for a bill that's close to 1,000 dollars. I call the billing department and they had not even filed a claim with my insurance company. I am still battling the billing department and I'll end my review there. However, I wish they would have told me that a consult was almost a grand at the front desk I would have walked out of there and told them to have a nice day and no thank you. Make sure you ask all the right questions and hopefully if you do go you don't have the same front desk person.
