Ernest was definitely a big help to us. I was a bit skeptical at first, thinking everything was too good to be true, but he ended up proving himself to be a genuinely kind and helpful man. I respect him for his work ethic. He found us the best deals they could offer at the time. He even offered to pick us up and drop us off, to and from wherever needed. Would definitely recommend shopping here especially if you already know what you want and have done your own research.

Had to order part. My cost 251.00. Checked on internet and found same part for $71.00alddo had to pay for labor to install. Had to pay for diagnostic of $162.00. The problem is the part was the key cylinder on starter switch. Which would not need a diagnostic to know. I knew the problem and told them. I think I got ripped off of almost. $500.00 for a $71.00 part

Sent me numbers in writing then changed their mind and wanted to charge $2,500 more. Do not trust them to keep their word.

Well they didn't have any cars available to purchase and most cars coming in are already sold or have to wait for it to come in. Customer service was great to talk to, but no vehicles to purchase so we went elsewhere.
