Very nice gym. Has everything you could want besides a pool. Has a sauna, steam room, nice big showers, big basketball gyms and much more. Can get crowded during peak hours but what gym doesn't.

MWR does a great job of organizing events! Love commander cup competitions and other competitions that they host. This gym has tons of equipment too.

Has a verity of equipment and workouts. Always very friendly people and amazing Smoothies for your workout. I appreciate how clean it I'd! They also have classes and trainers available, just ask!

Been working out here for a bit now. My oldest daughter has become interested in fitness and asked if she can come with. I asked if I can bring my kids and even told them their ages (10,6). They said yes as long as they are within arms reach. So every Sunday we have been doing family fitness day where we come to the gym. My older daughter and I work out side by side on machines while my 6 year old sits next to us on the floor playing on her game or with their dolls. Today we were kicked out because now kids are only allowed at the tables while I work out at the front. Defeats the purpose of bringing my kids on Sunday for family fitness day. I understand if you don’t want kids at your gym but be consistent with your rules so I don’t have to explain to my kids that exercising is for everyone and they weren’t doing anything wrong. I was told they were allowed and we have been doing this routine for over a month. Will be going to the off post Rec center from now on. If you have kids that are interested in fitness, go elsewhere because even if they are using equipment appropriately and being respectful, they will be kicked out.
