Not trustworthy. Be careful before you buy. Always check online through standard company. These people don't give any warranty and taking cash only. So once you paid, forget about replacement or any service. If you buy refurbished products from Walmart, they are giving you full warranty for 30 days plus they don't even ask if you plan to return the product. These are fishy people. They are running the business in Indian way. Collecting Cash money, not paying tax to the government.

It is a pleasure to go into this type of store that is clean, organized and they carry all brands along with the aftermarket products to make your phone purchasing experience comfortable and you know what you are buying, why you purchased it and how to use and protect it. This is some of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DFW, can't make this up. Came to get iPad repaired and to purchase a cell phone battery was told both were in stock and given a price for both over the phone. The price given was higher than what was told by phone and the battery I was assured was there by phone was not in stock after all. Dropped off the ipad for repair it was told it would be fixed in 2 hours, after 2hours no update I called serval times to get a status update, no answer, which is strange because there is always at least 5 people behind the counter. In fact there is always more people behind the counter than there is customers in the store at one time. Day 2 still no call and no answer and finally day 3 after 3 calls I get an answer confirming the ipad is ready. I get to the store 5 people behind the counter looking at me through the glass door because you have to buzzed in. They hesitated letting in as if I'm a robber and not a customer. After coming in I was not greeted, no one made eye contact, it was very cold and non warming interaction. They looked down and away and other devices and paper never making eye contact before asking me what I needed. They said that they were waiting for to come pick up the ipad though I had never received a call saying it was finished. The ipad appears to fine but I would never support this place again worst CUSTOMER SERVICE.avoid this place, drive down the street about a block to cellular Geeks ask for Aoki

Make sure you get all the specs when buying a phone! I showed up to by 2 iPhone 7s. Well what they failed to tell me over the offerup app was that 1 of the iPhone 7s was all scratched up and the other phones thumb print recognition didn't work. Had I known these before going I could have saved myself an hr drive. I say find another store.there's 50 of them on Harry Hines

I’ve been coming here from past 2 years and jeff has been taking care of my orders but seeing the guy who owned or managed hifi speakers now makes me stopped going to mk.that guy does not have any customers service and he doesn’t even know how to do business. No business ethics. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor by giving phones and accessories which i was paying.

I highly recommend for buying and repairing phone. The guys there are super, They have a no refund policy but they refunded me cuz nun of the fake iPhone watches worked

Quality work done quick. I dropped my iPhone off and they had it done in an hour. My phone is good as new with a new case and screen protector as well. I would go to these Phone Store over a place like Best Buy any day. Honest pricing and great service.

They lie about the groupons what’s the point on saying you give discounts if once you go up to the store they charge the same price or more then before coupon!

I took my new iphone for a glass replacement looking at their good deal on groupon. They took the original display of my iphone and put a bad one which stopped working after 6months. BEWARE! They sell refurbished Iphones. They steal parts from your original Iphone. PLEASE DON"T GO HERE. I lost lot of money.

I have been here twice. My experience related to customer service was the worst. On top of this I bought a phone from this place to gift my sister overseas but the second day she start using it the screen was shaking then same day it stop working. Never come back to this place.waste of money.i dont recommend to anyone.
