I've never had to get my phone serviced anywhere but this is as awful as this experience could have been. I dropped my phone last weekend and the screen was both cracked and non functional, so I took a chance on this place because of the 4.9 stars.

It costed 200 dollars to replace the screen on a Google Pixel 6, which most places online start at about 100 dollars for the part. I was naive and just agreed because the other place I called for a price check somewhere else which was also local and they told me 350 dollars.

I brought my phone in Sunday afternoon and I was promised a due date of Tuesday evening. On Tuesday, I sent my brother to pick up the phone around 3pm (a bit early, but I figured they would have just given him a time frame) and they had a sign on the door that said they closed and would open again at 10: 30 the next day.

Now he has have wasted time making a trip into town because someone didn't communicate how the due date wasn't being held up. He returns the next day and pays the hefty 200 dollars. At first glance, the phone looks okay. Functional as usual. After spending more time on it, my brightness can no longer adjust up or down which is extremely uncomfortable, and my fingerprint reader does not even open to begin with.

I'm truly disheartened by the lack of attention to detail and communication in this whole experience. I don't wish it on anybody between false promises and bad products.

I went to mobil city after being told from ubreakifix that it would possibly take months for my phone to be fixed due to parts on back order. My phone lcd was screwed and the phone was glitches. Mobil city not only had the parts to fix my Samsung Note 20 ultra, but told me it was going to take an hour to fix only to call me 20 minutes later (if that long) and it was fully fixed.
