Making this review on an entirely new phone because the one that I took in to fix here for minor repairs was unresponsive after less than a week of them working on it.

Don't come here.

They use their family members to artificially boost up the review Scores.

They use old parts that break after a day, a week, or a month, and they take your phones good parts.

They overcharge for basic services and constantly scam.

They will break your phone.

I am reporting them and their shady service.

Absolutely horrible service. Took the DH phone to have the screen fixed. After 3hrs and $270 later it was fixed. Do not trust these individuals, they will lie to you, scam you and over charge you and not think twice about it. Run far from this place!

This place is absolutely garbage I almost feel bad giving them 1 star! Long story short they said they could fix the phone in 45 minutes. After they take the phone all apart they realize we don't have the part. 3 something hours later phone was fixed after not being able to get a straight answer and being lied to! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and the other cell phone repair stores in first colony mall they are owned by the same people!

Took my phone in to fix the charging port and screen the lady there somehow managed to break my home button which was working perfectly fine. She messed with it for a while longer until i told her to just put it back how it was when i got there. I paid 100$ and she originally told me the screen was 70$ but i left with my original screen and only a refund of 50$. She even tried to tell me it was already broken. Why would you offer phone repairs if you have no idea what your doing? I basically paid for a downgrade. Take my advice get help from actual professionals.

I don’t typically give bad reviews to places but they got me really mad.
I paid about $125 to replace an iPad screen and have a tempered screen installed. There were air bubbles before I left but I asked the lady about them and she said that it just needs time to settle. Well it didn’t settle. So I go back a few days later thinking that it wouldn’t be a problem: there’s an issue and they would reinstall it.
Well they wouldn’t. The guy kept saying “we don’t do that kind of work. See the dirt? The air bubbles? We don’t do that”. I told him “I’m not really sure what to tell you bc I had it done here and here are my receipts. ”

After getting a little upset and insisting that they call the lady that was working during the time I got it installed, they hung up and said “ok we will reinstall it but we will charge you the $8 installation fee”. I said “no you will not. ” He finally tried to settle with me by offering that he give me the glass thing and I could install it myself at home.
Look, I know it would have only cost me another $8 to get it installed, but no. I think that if you are going to pretend to be professionals, then you need to do professional work and not try to keep adding charges here and there. He eventually had it installed without the charge but I thought people should know how they do business before going here. There are plenty of other places that do the same thing, but will probably do it right the first time and not try to charge a fee to fix their shoddy work.

He can fix it, and with a month Warranty, but it can work 1 month and only can work 1 month. I have repaired my Iphone here and after 1 month later it cannot work.

The employees are quite responsive, companionable, their work effort is tremondous and their price seems equitable.

Bought a tempered glass screen protector on Friday 1/17/20 and it started cracking and chipping in 2 days. I called if they offered any return or replacement or even a another at a discounted rate and they said no. Because of the chipping glass it cut my phone on edges and screen. They didn't apologize. This why I do not trust any middle of the mall products or businesses. Never again.

My iPhone was repaired in 20 minutes. Best service, reasonable wait time and good prices. I highly recommend this place.
