5I just received my bill in the mail December 31st, the day it is due. The bill is $86.60 more than what I've been paying. It was $114.84, now it's $201.44. No notification. I've been trying to call them and their recording says they're closed for the holidays. Google shows they're open. I've emailed, no response. Mobile Mini took over my container rental from Moveable Container Storage several months ago. This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I do not recommend them. It took 2 months for them to respond regarding logging in to pay my bill on their website.
Best place to get a portable office or storage container, with top of the line security built in.
Had a great experience with Mobile Mini and their Rep LJ. He was such a pleasure to work with, I can't say enough great things about him! He was on time, helped us find a spot to put the mini, and was able to get everything situated and in place with such ease. LJ would be 100% the reason I would use Mobile Mini again in the future.
Great experience. We needed to rent one conex for an internal project. The driver showed up earlier than our scheduled drop-off, communicated with our team, and then waited for them to arrive (he arrived before business hours). Pick-up once we finished with it went smoothly. They called, communicated, and picked it up no hassle. We will definitely be using them again.
We took a day off of work to be there for deliver from 7am-12noon on 1/8/2020.
Not only did the NOT SHOW UP, but they DID NOT CALL until 4pm that day.
And then THEY DID NOT DELIVER ON THE SCHEDULED DAY.
Lousy communication and timeliness is poor service and custom experience.
We then had to take another day off for them to come the next day on 1/9/2020.
Not impressed. The unit should have been blown/swept or cleaned out upon arrival.
The only good service was the woman we spoke to on the phone when we made the reservation. She was excellent.
