The texture and flavors of these donuts are amazing! They taste like a fresh, fluffy, fried dough. The price is steep, but it's not your average donut. Every time I visit this area I make sure to get some. The tarot is my favorite!
My only gripe is that they don't open until 11am! Which for a donut shop is entirely too late.

10/10 customer service! The soft serve matcha cone is very delicious. I totally recommend to try it!

My fiancé ordered 6 of the hotdogs and came back with only 4. They forgot the potato ones he ordered and paid for. I tried to call but immediately got voicemail.

Mochi donuts are the best donuts! I was very excited to try the pistachio flavor- it was my fav out of the three I got. Good service: answered any questions I had while ordering, and the owner checked in to see if my order tasted good. Giving three stars because their floors had straw wrappers and many crumbs everywhere. It made me not want to try other food items on their menu. Some tables also weren’t cleaned, but they did have a pretty clean bathroom. My boba drink is my go-to, so that didn’t disappoint.

Really nice and pretty place, there's plenty of parking. Staff was really nice and patient while taking my order. I loved everything i got, had to wait a bit, but it was worth it. Food was delicious.

The donuts are different but very good. We tried the original, raspberry, and tiramisu, they were all very tasty. We also had the brown sugar boba tea which was also very good. I will definitely recommend this place!

I’m normally a huge fan of Mochinut, I was super excited to take my friends here who had never tried mochi donuts on 8/20/23. Immediately as we walked into the restaurant, employees looked annoyed that we were there and didn’t greet us the way that other employees at other Mochinuts do. We walked in when no customers were there so it’s not like it was busy, there were several employees standing at the front yet there was no acknowledgement from anyone. We placed our order and waited for our food. The wait time wasn’t an issue, we have no problem waiting for fresh food, the issue is having to wait 10-15 minutes after paying for a 6 dollar drink and being handed just milk with balls. I ordered the Brown Sugar milk tea with boba and received essentially just milk with pearls with no brown sugar flavor at all. I’ve ordered this drink before, and I know it’s not supposed to taste like just milk. Mochi donuts never fail to not be good, but lack of customer service and decent respect or acknowledgement doesn’t pay up for it. Decoration do be cute though.

Slow service. Messed up my order (prepared a coffee milk tea drink, instead of a coffee mochi donut). In order to fix it, they made me wait in line again (already been waiting 20 minutes at this point) in order to refund me and then charge me again for the correct order.

Also, they serve two separate brands, so depending on your order you have to pay at two separate registers.

How the non-service staff enjoyed the fun and bought 3 donuts take out but had to wait 10 minutes, while the staff stood on the phone and laughed

Good food bad service. Who closes their small kitchen down twenty minutes before restaurant closes? Just close at 9pm if 10pm is too late for kitchen to stay open. Waste of my time driving here. I wonder if the owner is aware of this.

Was a great place for a light dinner and desert! The dogs were awesome and I’m definitely getting just the mozzarella cover in hot Cheetos on the next visit!

Donuts are really yummy, but only 3 stars because you can not buy a single or two donuts. Must purchase a minimum of 3 donuts per transaction. Sometimes, I just want a boba tea and a single donut. 3 donuts minimum doesn't make sense.

Meh for $3.00 I wouldn’t get them again. Kinda chewy and it’s the same donut flavor with a slightly different flavor icing. Tables dirty, lots of people working at this location.

Good donuts, decent hot dogs. They lose two stars because i can't find a phone number to place a to go order. I'd rather not sit around for 10 minutes for my order. I don't want to create an account with grubhub or whatever else just to place a takeout order here. ADD YOUR PHONE NUMBER FOR TO GO ORDERS PLEASE!
