MOD Pizza, Houston TX

Had a major issue with the staff, the lady I checked out with spoke to me in a very belittling way because I could not understand what she was asking.

Next major issue is when they called my order, I heard my name and walked up to the man Who called it. He also spoke very belittling saying just “Name! ” I answered with “Nathan” and the guy just said “Nope” and continued about his business. Luckily his coworker stepped in and handed me my pizza after I said my name again. The guy was in his late 30s-40s, big attitude problem.

This wasn’t an isolated incident, he did the same to my friend who walked up to get his order. Overall a very rude staff and bad experience. The pizza was just mediocre.

I’m not a normal fan of their crust, Because it lacks flavor. This time I tried their mega crust that was better. It’s a good pizza, just a little too commercial.

This is the fastest pizza place always on time when you order online and pick up exactly a the time posted great pies and friendly employees!

They sent me a pizza that was burnt to a crisp then did nothing to rectify the situation. The fact that they would be willing to even send product out looking like that shows that the staff does not care about what they feed you. I wouldn't even trust their hygiene practices after that. In order to put good safe food out, you have to hire conscientious employees.

I only do MOD for pizza. Love how I can customize the pizza i want!

I love this pizzas always, but this place change a lot in the last months, before it was clean and enjoyable, no is so dirty and has sticky tables.

I'm in love with MOD's pizza. I don't want any other pizza now. Why would I go, and order any other pizza when I have many different options to create whatever concoction I desire. I have only been here twice. The first time I was here was in June of 2021, and 2nd time in July 2021. This establishment to me is the equivalent to creating a subway sandwich my way. The difference option you get to place on your pizza again is amazing. WHOLE GARLIC! Come on man.sweet peppers! Come one man, and now the one incredible option chose to place on my pizza that they didn't have the first time I went is (drum roll please) ricotta cheese. This small creation option gave my pizza a richness that I haven't ever had on a pizza. They have changed the game for pizza lovers.

Customer service was horrible, rude and pushy at best. The handling and consistency of the pizza/products were sub par as well. This location is usually a lot better than my recent experience. Hopefully this is not the norm going forward.

This location specifically is horrible. I’ve been to several Mod Pizzas and have never had any complaints, just awesome pizza. However, my experience tonight at this specific location was absolutely horrible. I put in an online order for pickup. The customer service was terrible when I went inside to pick up my order. When I told them my name and that I was there to pick up my online order, staff members were not very much help. They just pointed in to my pizzas sitting on a shelf and told me to grab it. I was very disappointed when I got home and discovered that Both of our pizzas dough were raw and the pizza was not crispy at all. I’m very upset as I spent money on this meal and it’s terrible! If I could give this location zero stars I would.

My 3rd visit here & received Great customer service from employee Jordan & the whole team at this location. They made me a perfect Quality mod style pizza! I am definitely impressed with the employees here who go above and beyond to make sure pizzas are Made to order! The entire team collectively does a magnificent job! The management is definitely hiring the right people! Employees are very generous with toppings and try to make it a great experience for all! A+

I want to especially thank Betty. Today was my first time eating here. I told her exactly what kind of pizza I liked. & she freestyle the whole pizza. It was amazing! & she was even more amazing

My first time trying MOD pizza and my experience wasn't the best. My pizza had some weird green paper cooked into it. I was definitely grossed out and returned the pizza. 2 stars because they gave me my money back and gave me a voucher for a free pizza that I don't think I'll be using. First impressions go a long way.

Worst pizza ever! Wrong order, thick crust instead of thin! No spices or flavor! Nothing more than over priced tomato bread! 2 down

Joel took our MOD experience to a new level. He was super nice, gave great pizza tips, and just made our day. We'll be back to see him and his team for sure.

Love the pizza good customer service, but was a bit surprised to see increase in price. After a year going to this place its still wonderful, people and food make you come back. Beats that pizza pie place down the way 20times over

First time eating here - We ordered 3 pizzas and a salad for curbside when we were like 2 minutes away. Because we were so close we arrived well before our order was done. We were happy to wait and a gentleman I think was the manager stepped outside and offered us a drink while we waited. That was very kind of him, above and beyond! The order came out on time and it was delicious. Try Mike’s Hot Honey drizzle, SO GOOD. We’ll definitely be back!
