Always great food, great service! Love the crust, toppings, lemonades! Great value too! Enjoy the outdoor seating area also.

Greatest thing is you can have all the topping you want no extra charge. My honey loves getting extra meat!

Pizza was made to order of course. The young ladies preparing my food did exactly what I asked for. They were stingy on any of the toppings. And my pizza was amazing.

Love the pizza here. It's the best I've had. I love the fact I can pick all the ingredients I like and the crust is thin and crispy. I have never been disappointed when eating there when when I've left I still talk about how good it was. The staff is always friendly and food comes out quickly.

My husband and I tried MOD for the first time after hearing so much about it! I love that you can completely customize your pizza without all the up-charges! Both of us really enjoyed it. It is a little pricey for the size of the pizza but it makes sense since you can add whatever you want. We will definitely come back!

I ordered a pizza online and accidentally put blue cheese on it instead of mozzarella. Not realizing until I got back to my car and opened the box, I checked my receipt to be sure it was my mistake. I went back inside and politely explained to the team members what I had done, and offered to pay for another pizza, but they remade it for free since it was a mistake and I was straight forward about it. They kindly remade my pizza and didn't charge me for it! That really made my day because I wasn't going to be able to eat the blue cheese haha. Thank you to the early shift!

Mods pizza in Midlothian, Texas was a great place to get a great pizza. The service was good and the pizza’s made fast. The only pizza restaurant my wife and I would go to. Good price and good food. I began to notice about 18 months ago that the cleanliness of the location was failing. The rear of the restaurant faces directly, clearly and near the highway, next to the entry of the parking lot. The trash would regularly be piling up and quite a mess. Inside, where the small storage area opposite of the restrooms are located is constantly a big mess. The restrooms don’t smell, but are usually dirty as well. I wash my hands after every meal there. Unfortunately, one day about two weeks before Christmas, my wife and I got a bad case of diarrhea after eating there. I had and all meat pizza and my wife had a salad with some meat in it. After about three weeks I decided to call Mods customer service and inform them of the issues. I got a message that they were busy and to leave a message. I left a message with my name and phone number and that I would like to have a call back to discuss some issues at one of their locations. It was during the holidays and didn’t receive a call back. Assuming that their customer service may not be in because of the holidays, I waited until the first week of January to call them back. Again, I got the told to leave a message, which I did and clearly left my name and phone number. I did not receive a call back. I am writing this review on February 21,2023. I still have not received a call back. I now will be reporting this issue to the health department. What a shame. Mods was a great place to eat, but the restaurant is filthy their customer service is EXTREMELY poor. I haven’t seen the back area where the food is prepped and stored, but I can only imagine what goes on there and what it looks like.

It was really good. Definitely enjoyed the build your own and all the veggie and meat options.

This was my first time trying this place out and I was pleasantly surprised not just another pizza joint they make you a personal pizza just the way you like it! And to top it off u can get a draft beer or a bottle beer just what I needed to get through the day thanks MOD PIZZA

Least favorite place to go. I love love the pizza.this store is always dirty messy unorganized. I have a hard time enjoying my meal the mess is so bad. Tried to order online tonight for take out.order was magically cancelled‍️, so no pizza when i arrived. Guess I just gave them their last shot.

Ordered on the app, scammed out of $45. Nothing was done to rectify the issue. Disappointed, as the food is pretty good and we'd never had an issue here before.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Pizza was burnt to the point it was unenjoyable and way too spicy. I asked for garlic and it was almost completely overpowering the other toppings! Felt very unwelcomed while in the store picking up, employees took about 10 minutes to even greet me at the counter while I waited. Will NOT be coming back!

Absolutely love the pizza here. Crust is FANTASTIC, it's what I would consider thin, though you can order a thicker version (for an upcharge). I'm usually a thick crust fan, but theirs I would choose 10 times out of 10 over a full thick.
The pizzas are really more of a personal size, so keep that in mind. You basically pay for the crust, and ANY toppings you want are added for free. I hate paying a fortune for 10 extra pepperoni like the big boys throw on you.

The employees here are nice, and fast. Expect to pay about $10/person.

Staff was friendly, but the service was extremely slow and the salad was certainly not fresh. It was pretty nasty to be completely honest. The pizza was pretty good and those toppings were fresh, but they don't have much of a selection. The price was pretty pricy for 2 pizzas and a salad that we didn't even eat. I would not want to come back.

The manager Amari, she is always so rude even when it’s not busy. She always has a snotty attitude. Food here is great but don’t expect food made with love if she’s present. I usually let it slide when we come and visit cause it’s never taken personally but today was the last straw when our pizza wasn’t ready for almost an hour. The way she handled our situation was poorly done, she’s the only person in there I’ve ever had an attitude problem with. How she was promoted to a manager is questionable. For the longest time until today I always assumed she was your typical young disgruntled employee but she’s running this establishment? No wonder they ran an hour behind on making a cheese pizza. She’s not qualified, she can’t handle the heat in the kitchen. Long story short my pizza was never in the works even after being order at 6: 52pm online. I arrived at 7: 25pm waited another 10-15mins and it wasn’t even in the making.

Food is great BUT the guy that wears the beanie hat literally has a horrible attitude every single time. He’s rude to both the customers and his co-workers. Maybe it’s just his personality but it’s horrible.

Great food but THE WORST EMPLOYEES. This was our third time at this location and I swear the employees just get worse and worse. At one point the guy said he accidentally threw away our ticket and couldn’t remember what we ordered and then he changed it up when we said the pizza was wrong and said our ticket said he made it right. And the girl making pizza was yelling names so loud it scared the entire restaurant as well as my kids. We had to leave because it made our son cry because he was scared. Like I said, great pizza though. Just AWFUUUUL employees.

My wife and I went here to have dinner 11/10/22 at around 5: 00. We walked up to the counter and waited approximately 4 to 5 minutes to be helped. There was 2 of the staff standing close talking and one working on dough. During that time no one even acknowledged that we were standing there. We ended up walking out and taking our business elsewhere. Very poor service.

We ordered the Mod meal deal which consists of a "MOD" size pizza (which is size of a normal small pizza) and a 20oz Coke. The crust was thin and crispy, so.wthing you can't customize, but you can customize everything else from the sauce to the cheese and any of their numerous other toppings. You can real make it exactly like you want it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the thin crust, I like it thicker, and the Cokes were room temp. To clarify you could order thicker crusts and fountain drinks but those were not option on the MOD meal deal.

I'm a first timer. I took a mentor with me. The location was Midlothian.

We stood in a short line to place our order. The staff was very friendly, helpful and patient as we placed our orders. There is such a huge variety of veggies if you are a vegetarian. There is also a meat substitute available. Awesome! You received generous portions.

The food was fantastic!

The setup is wonderful!
