MOD Pizza, Houston TX

It’s a chain, so you know what you’re getting. Basically a Subway, but with pizza and much higher quality. Food is good and service here was friendly. Restaurant wasn’t busy and place was clean.

I went in and I told them this was my first and they made me feel very welcome and told me about the opinions. The pizza that I created was amazing and the sweet tea and lemonade was very good I highly recommended this place and I will be back.

Had been craving mods all day finally came in to pick up my online order restaurant wasn’t too clean. Get home as I’m eating my pizza I realize I had a long hair in my mouth and was deep in the pizza dough had to throw the rest of the pizza away. So disappointed this is not the first time this has happened. Therefore if you like hair in your pizza go to MODS. Disgusting!

I suspect Mod Pizza underpays their employees.and the reason as to why is that after paying, the screen gives you the option to give them a tip before ending the transaction, and it's not cool. Mod Pizza, you're selling lots of Pizzas and I'm sure you can pay a living wage to your employees. This tipping culture is way out of hand! Why be so greedy? I understand you're in the business of money, but that exploitative greed is out of control almost in all of corporate America. The pizza was delicious btw. Pay your employees a living wage! Make them loyal to you! Make them wanna wake up every morning yearning and eager to go to work, and get rid of that tip option!

Awesome pizza! Great music. They are playing Pearl Jam right now. I'm 63 so I like the classics. I ordered the Margherita pizza which is my favorite pizza. Friendly service too. My favorite pizza place is Grimaldi's and Mod pizza gives them a run for their money. I love the brick oven flavor.

Mad Dog with Pineapple. That's all anyone needs in their life. Great location, lunch spot, atmosphere, great service, quick, and always hits the spot. No name cakes are the jam.

This location is consistent. The food is always fresh. The workers are respectful and kind. The restaurant cleanliness is just okay. This is the location I go to the most. The eating area would benefit from being cleaned more often and the cup lid dispenser is ALWAYS dirty which tells me it never gets wiped down.

Does that stop me from ordering my pizza to go? Nope! I came today and had the best experience with Justin. He was very kind and paid special attention to my dairy allergy, I appreciated him.

I've never tried MOD before and everyone would literally RAVE about it. Went in with high expectations. Sadly, was a tad disappointed. Don't get me wrong it was good but not great and definitely not worth the price. Can get better and way more from other small business pizza places. Did love their lemonade drinks. Now that was absolutely DELICIOUS!

My mans behind the counter hooked the pizza up with the most evenly distributed and well placed toppings possible, plus it was QUICK. 10/10

All the time this restaurant it’s dirty. I could not believe why they can not take care of this place.

Usually this place is filled with nice people but recently me and my family went and a female employee was dressed very indecent in super short shorts and gave us facial expressions with some attitude when we told her a thing that we ordered wasn’t ours and we asked her to remove it.

I love the vibe here! Everyone is super friendly and even know my name and order as soon as I walk through the door! Pizza is always tasty and delicious. Love you guys!
Update: AnnaGrace always takes care of me! I don’t care what anyone says, she’s amazing!

Everyone working the afternoon had such a bad attitude. No one greeted myself or my girlfriend, and the gentleman making our pizzas seemed so bothered to help us. While we enjoy MOD for the food, the staff could be a little more friendly.

Cool place. Nice people (at least a few). If you going to work at a family establishment, more enthusiasm would help not confuse some lackers from attitudes. Uuuuhhhh, you signed up for this job, not me. Put a smile on ur face and sit up. This a business. Smh.
