MOD Pizza, Fort Worth TX

We frequent there.but no more.we put up with the not-so-enthusiastic attitudes because we enjoy the cauliflower pizza. Today they overcharged us, they passed us off to someone else to correct the cashier/pizza maker mistake. I noticed they didn't refund the sales tax which was 5ish dollars.
He stated he didn't know how to refund the tax. So I asked for a manager, and he said they couldn't reach them anymore for the evening. They have poor communication skills, work slowly, and will not make eye contact.
To the person who refunded us the money I checked my bank account, and it does refund the whole amount with sales tax despite the refund receipt provided.
I really cannot understand why the staff are not trained in customer service nor have access to call their manager to straighten or provide education around the refund procedures. I couldn't be more disappointed with this location.

The bad attitude of the employees and the disgusting nature of the place is its main virtue, I would give 0 stars but it is not possible. At least clean this pigsty!

The place was a nasty mess, staff moving around like sloths and appear to be stoned. Place is almost empty but every table is sticky and has trash on it.

Great pizza place. Love all the toppings for just one price! They even have vegan cheese. Pick up is quick and easy.

I love a good pizza and the food here isn't bad at all but there was nothing game changing about it. I placed an online pickup order and when it I arrived to get it, the staff member mistakenly misread my name and called out "Marcy". I understand these things happen once in a while but when I asked her to clarify the name on the order just to make sure it was mine, all she could do was spell out my first name (four letters, one syllable) and when she realized her mistake, she offered only a shrug and went back about her business. No type of apology or acknowledgement of the mistake. I'm Not impressed with that level of lackluster customer service. I don't think I'll be going out of my way to return.

Update: Over a year later and I decided to give this spot another try. I wish I hadn't. Overcooked pizza with a scant amount of sauce and cheese and a tiny side salad that ran me close to $10. Now I'm totally done with this location.

Can't mess up pizza unless it takes 40 minutes to make. Placed my order online, showed up 9 minutes past its ready time. Still wasn't in the oven yet when I arrived, employees didn't greet or acknowledge me walking in.

$20 for two pocket pies. Guess which image was expected and what we got, this isn’t a soft dough that is folded to be eaten like a taco, it’s a hard crusted thin personal pizza cut in half and folded onto it’s self. Just go to Joe’s down the street and get one of their bad A pizzas. Won’t be coming back here.

Really disappointed in this locations service.
We ordered 3 items, two pizzas, and breadsticks for delivery. Within the Special instructions, we asked for extra pepperoni, peppers on one side of one of the orders, and packets of red pepper flakes and parmesan. None of this was done. The pepperoni was scarce, and peppers were placed on the entire pizza. No flakes or parmesan was present.
I would not recommend utilizing the online delivery system, however on our tickets on the pizzas themselves.show the special requests (that were not followed).

Waited in line forever. When we finally got to the front, none of the workers acknowledged us and it seemed like there was an extreme lack of order amongst them. This place 100% needs better management AND better training for employees because it was a mess. We ended up just walking out

During my visit to this restaurant on Friday, November 17,2023 at 2: 38 pm, I noticed that the tables were dirty and the workers were standing around instead of cleaning. There was something wet on the floor, which seemed like an accident waiting to happen. It was evident that the management did not care about their customers because they did not take the time to clean the place, even though there were only four people in the restaurant at the time. The employees were playing around behind the cooking area, which was unacceptable. It's ridiculous how filthy this location is, and I believe that it needs to be cleaned regularly to maintain a good reputation.

Unfortunately, they were out of the cauliflower crust on this visit, which is my favorite!
Day after Thanksgiving and no one seemed to want to be there, which is understandable. That said, one young lady deserves a shout-out. MJ, or Meesh as she told me her friends call her, had a bright smile, acknowledged every customer waiting and definitely had the most friendly customer service presence of the entire establishment. Kudos Meesh, today you salvaged my general disappointment in current-day lack of focus on customer experience.

The pizza wasn’t bad but the restaurant was so dirty. As they added toppings, they didn’t clean the area. The dining room was dirty with food, trash, spills, and sticky tables. The drinks area was not stocked and had not been wiped down for a while. The trash was overflowing. I will not go back to this location. Second time it has been like this. Mod you need a new manager in this location.

The location was very dirty. Tables unattended and not clean. The floors and restroom dirty. The person serving us had AirPods on and you couldn’t even understand what he was saying. The ingredients on the pizza were just thrown on there. The line where all the ingredients were was so dirty. Customer service was just bad overall.

Ms. Misty the manager was so helpful. I messed up the coupon online order. She helped us correct everything, FIXED 2 AWESOME PERFECT PIZZAS.and brought them out to the car FRESH & HOT.they were delicious and well made. Thanks

Guy taking order was not too enthusiastic to even be working but got our order correct! Girl at cash register was very nice and pleasant to speak with and very personable and had a genuine smile! The salad and cheese bread was good but pizza was just so so and chicken wings were cold in the middle. Could of gone to a nice restaurant for the $50.bucks we paid for microwave tasting pizza.

My first time at a Mod Pizza. The first thing I noticed was the floor behind the counter was horribly dirty with food and trash all over. Secondly, one guy was nice and greeted me as soon as I entered however his coworker seemed like he didn’t care to be there and then used one glove on one hand to grab several different toppings. He grabbed pineapples, tomatoes, black olives, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, and bacon all with one hand with the same glove with no regard to cross contamination.
