MOD Pizza reviews
18 Nice and quick pizzas, and nice price.
I should say this though, being a MOD customer at few other spots, the pizza crust is inconsistent. It’s whoever at the oven, you either get a nicely charred, but slightly doughy pizza, or some crunchy crackers. But don’t let that stop you, still good pizza.
I love MOD. Service was great, really polite people working at night. They made my pizza just right. And the price is also a great thing. Love this place. My only thing was the mozzarella cheese quality. When it melted, it got too watery. But that was it. Would totally come back.
I ordered a mega pizza. And this dude took the dough put in on the tray. Didn’t even tried to stretch the dough. I asked him can you please stretch the dough and he just touched it a bit, I lost about 1.5 inches of the pizza right in front of my eyes. The dough was curled in from not stretching, when it came out of the oven it’s was like piece of wood.
I had this pizza up in McKinney but it’s was completely different.
STRETCH THAT DOUGH MAN. IM PYING FOR 12’ not 9’ pizza.
Sorry to say that but it was the ugly pizza I had in my life, no comment. I would never come back, never.
Best Mod location you can find in DFW! They were busy but service was excellent. Kaylee was amazing
It was my first time at this location, and I think the service is amazing. Usually when restaurants are about to close, staff are tired and ready to go home. (understandably so)
When we arrived, we were greeted by Mary, she was so energetic and helpful explaining the menu to my gf. She walked her through all of the options and was very accommodating. Vee helped us bake the order and she, too was super positive and great. I liked the fact that you can tell they kept up a positive energy throughout the shift and we will be returning because of their hospitality alone.
I love MOD and wish I had one closer to where I live. The pizza was great and the service friendly. I ordered on the app and received everything on time and accurately
I always enjoy being able to create my own pizza work of art. However, when the music is so loud and you can't communicate what you want effectively it becomes not as fun. The sweet tea was also very off tonight. It tasted old, biter and not good. We enjoyed the patio during the great weather.
The crust on the MOD is just right. So many topping options, friendly staff and cool atmosphere. Fair prices too.
I normally go to the Mansfield and Midlothian locations, but due to bad service and possible food contamination. I was in Dallas today and decided to go to the one on Montfort Dr. I walked in and the store was very clean, the 2 young ladies and the gentlemen (sorry I didn’t get their name) working was very nice and made sure I was happy with my order before I left the store. The make line was very clean. Hopefully someone from corporate will recognize this store and the management team for training their employees right. As for the 2 locations I mentioned above, hopefully corporate will monitor them before someone gets sick for food allergies. When ever I’m in the area, I will get my pizza from this MOD location.
Best pizza with amazing, out of the ordinary toppings. Thank you for the non-dairy cheese option. Don't miss this one.
My hubby ordered to go from here and I can’t say that this pizza is great. It’s edible, but very lackluster. Maybe some of the other items are good which I might be willing to try, but the pizza at least misses the marks.
From the moment I stepped into MOD's Pizza, it was clear that this wasn’t just another pizza joint. The look of their freshly baked crusts immediately grabbed my attention, and their expansive range of toppings ensures every palate finds its perfect pie. Each slice I tried was a symphony of flavors, expertly balanced and harmoniously combined.
Every staff member exuded genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making me feel both valued and at home. Emily took my toppings request and was extremely helpful and pleasant! Her smile was captivating and the staffing team as a whole efficiently addressed every request (including my bottled water request) ensuring my meal was not just satisfactory, but exceptional.
As for cleanliness, this establishment gleams! Every surface, from the counters to the floors, reflected a commitment to hygiene and customer well-being. It's evident that MOD's Pizza takes pride not just in their food, but in the environment they provide for their guests.
In conclusion, if you're seeking delectable pizzas, top-tier service, and an impeccably clean setting, MOD's Pizza is a must-visit and tell them, “Sire sent me. ” ENJOY!
I'm still in shock actually. Corporate has made the decision to sell PRIDE CAKES! Colored just like you'd think.
My family WILL NOT eat at MOD in the future. We will not be subject to Woke companies pushing their agendas down our throats. We will also spread the word. This is beyond words appalling.
Food is always great at Mod. The employees here could use some training in good customer service and cross contamination. If you are going to offer dairy free or vegan choices, don't get cheese in everything.
I love pizza with cauliflower crust, alfredo sauce and my selection of vegetables and meats.
I went in for lunch yesterday (6/28/2023) and they were slammed so I waited on my pizza for almost an hour. I believe there were only three people working this rush, and they were all very kind despite other customers being rude and acting as if the employees were supposed to be superhumans.
I'm not here to complain - the girls working yesterday handled the situation A LOT better than I would have and the pizza was worth the wait. I'm here to tell the owner that those girls deserve raises and an extra hand to help them out during lunch.
And to any future customers reading this - don't be jerks to food workers.
So I went to San Antonio with my relatives for first time to Mod Pizza and We love it. So We came back home and try here in Dallas but We were so disappointed really bad service the employees had an attitude all of them. Never coming back!
