MOD Pizza, Rockwall TX

Friendly service staff.they where quite busy with walk ins and online orders but seemed to handle it with a smile. Some tables needed cleaning but overall seating area was clean and the food was yummy! My child was so excited to pick her toppings and have her own whole pizza. She wants to go again. (9/9) it was about 2p and not crowded or crazy busy, pizza was yummy and staff was kind! We went again and was yummy!

First time in here and absolutely loved the crunch off their thin crust pizza. You go in order from their listed pizza or create one yourself. They do it all in front of you. The guys in there were top notch, provided great customer service. We will be back.

MOD Pizza is the Chipotle of pizza places! You pick all your own toppings and they'll cook it up for you. Best pizza I've had in years, since it had all the toppings that I love! The gorgonzola cheese was the kicker!

As for atmosphere, the music is great, and the people who work here seem to really enjoy themselves. It's kid friendly, as a pizza joint should be. Bring the family!

So disappointed in this location we were so excited to go because we’ve been to the location in Sachse and that location never disappoints but this location was horrible the restaurant was so dirty the customer service was horrible the food was gross just overall a bad experience! Definitely don’t recommend this location!

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review because everyone knows I love Mod Pizza. This was my first time at this location. It was clean, I admit that. However, the pizza tasted different, and the wings were NASTY. I'm pretty bummed about it, but maybe it was just the person making it that day. These things happen.

Placed an online order for a set time. Went to pick it up and parked in the curbside pick up and called the phone number listed on the sign. They said they will bring it out when ready. I waited 20 minutes then finally went in and asked about my order. The employee said "ya that's been ready" and I asked why they didn't bring it out like I was told. He ask if I gave them a spot number (there were only 2) and I said 2. His response was "sorry" and nothing more. The pizza is also overcooked, highly lacking cheese, and was cold by the time I got home. Not the first time having problems with this location but it will be the last.

I have been to this location many times, but after today I'm not sure I'll be back. I had to wait 40 minutes to get one pizza. And it didn't even have all the toppings I ordered. I ordered online and they didn't even start the pizza until 30 minutes after I ordered. I watched multiple orders come out of the oven way overcooked as well because they seemed like they didn't have enough people. I should've just ordered delivery from another establishment.

First time visitor. I really liked the pizza we ordered. Very good crust and fresh toppings. Will definitely be back.

I asked for veggie non dairy cheese, veggie would add the last 2 pieces of tomatoes cus she ran out and didn't want to get refill. I had to ask three times for more cheese and she said no I can't put anymore even thought every time she was adding like 3 pieces more. It's ridiculous and not professional to ell the customer No,

Foods good customer service sucks. Good luck getting them to make eye contact or understanding them at all. Too much to ask for people to do the job they get paid to do. I guess that’s what happens when you hire a bunch of feminine high school boys to run your business.

Was at this mod today, they messed up with our charge and point redemption but fixed it right away! Great customer service and great food.

Did a pick-up order. The pickup order was fast.the employee was nice and kept me up to date with my order. The pizza was delicious and was made just as I like.will give them 10 out of 10.will be going back again
