I absolutely love Modern Acupuncture. Both ladies at the front desk, Catalina and Gabriela, are the absolute sweetest and really care about everyone that walks in through the doors. The acupuncturist are just as amazing. I normally see Heather and she is very very patient with you and genuinely cares about you having a nice relaxing experience and helping you meet your goals. Ive seen Dr Blake a couple of times and she's also really great! I'm so glad I found this location for acupuncture.

I love Dr. Blake! Acupuncture has become a part of my self-care routine over the past year. Dr. Blake shares insightful health tips that often go beyond common knowledge. She’s incredibly patient, especially with newcomers who may have anxiety about needles. I highly recommend Modern Acupuncture; it’s clean, has a pleasant environment, and the staff is friendly.

Modern Acupuncture has been wonderful for me during my pregnancies. With my first pregnancy, I was having a lot of low back pain and swelling in my lower extremities. Getting treatments helped keep my low back at a minimum and helped significantly with the pain from the swelling I was having. During this pregnancy, I have had horrible sacroiliac joint pain. The sharp, stabbing pain as been unbearable. While the acupuncture treatments have not taken my pain away completely (complete resolution of my pain is not my expectation) it has helped and allowed me to continue doing my normal daily activities. I highly recommend acupuncture during pregnancy. It’s also my 20 minutes of peace to myself which I am always so thankful for. Everyone at Modern Acupuncture has been wonderful, it’s a great team.

This place is amazing. First visit is a discounted rate. Dr. Blake knows exactly how to hit the right spots to make up feel better. Highly recommend trying this location out.

I have been working with Heather for the pass few months. She is very patient and compassionate. She listens to my concerns and tired different approaches to improve my health. After a few month of treatments, I can feel my over all health, mood and energy has improved.

This place is wonderful! I highly recommend it! I had back pain for years, incredibly from my first session that discomfort disappeared. They are also helping me with my poor digestion, menopause problems, tension, stress and much more. I am truly very happy that I am after each session! Another thing I must emphasize is the staff that assists me, such as Gaby the receptionist and Heather, they make me feel at home, they are very friendly and super helpful. Modern Acupuncture has changed my life! I have been receiving treatments for one month and I have felt a significant difference in my sleep, mood, anxiety levels, appetite and digestion. The acupuncturists are warm and so professional and the practice is comfortable and very relaxing. I highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their overall quality of life.

I have been a long time customer and it's always a good day after a treatment at Modern Acupuncture. Over the years they have treated me for various things like poor sleep quality, seasonal allergies, fatigue and a sore knee. Oh, I forgot to add, stress from being a busy parent! I've even noticed my mood improve and remain positive for longer periods when I continually get treatments. Did I mention the entire staff is professional, kind and attentive? It makes each visit pleasant and something I look forward to regularly.

I was very disappointed in what happened on my visit. I came to a new clinic because I’d just moved here. The clinic has a procedure called Glo that is supposed to lessen wrinkles. What they advertised as an evaluation was just a woman asking me a few questions and then putting needles on my head, before she even had a full history of me.

I’ve been treated by three different acupuncturists in the past. I always had pleasant experiences until I went to Modern Acupuncture. I always received a thorough evaluation in an office by an acupuncturist before my first treatment. This did not occur at this clinic.

The first needle was quite painful, so I told the woman treating me that I didn’t think we should continue. She told me that her first time was painful and just kept putting the needles in my head. She Never offered to pull the needle, as a licensed acupuncturist should. By the time, the session was over, I had a bad headache. When I told her, she just smiled and shrugged. There was no attempt to help at all.
I also had a black and blue mark on my arm from one of the needles. Never has this happened before. When I told her the needle was extremely painful in my arm, she simply asked if this was my first-time having acupuncture. How inappropriate. I had already told her I’d been to acupuncture many times. It’s like she was trying to blame me instead of just taking out the needle – which is what a professional would have done. What's worse is how I felt after the treatment. I felt dizzy, my balance was off and my vision felt strained. She told me that she was using an acupuncture point that would help with TMJ and she mentioned that it also helped with vision. I experienced no benefit, instead I felt that I couldn't see so well. I spent most of the day in bed, missing all my afternoon commitments. I continue to suffer daily with headaches and balance. In addition, I now feel numbness in my head and feet.
I’m writing this review because I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I always enjoyed acupuncture before this experience, but I am hesitant to ever try anyone new after this terrible experience.

My wife and I decided to try acupuncture today based on referrals of others that had many positive experiences, I personally had lots of doubts about this whole thing but as soon as I met Dr. Blake, I was so intrigued with her humanity as she was so real and sincere. The front desk ladies were very encouraging but once I actually went through the initial experience I got exactly what I need, true relaxation. I would totally refer anyone to try this, I truly feel this will be a life changing experience for both my wife and I!

I’ve been going to Modern Acupuncture for four years to help my skin and joints. Now that they added micro needling, I have added that to my skin health regimen. Dr. Blake is the best! She is very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend you request her when you go.

Honestly, I never thought I'd be the kind of person to even consider acupuncture – I mean, needles? Not my thing. But Dr. Blake changed all that for me. She just gets it. Every time I see her, she knows exactly what's up, especially when it comes to my back pain. And a little bonus? Those glow treatments have my skin looking pretty darn good. Shoutout to Jesus at the front desk – he's always so friendly and makes the check-in process a breeze. If you're on the fence, give it a shot. I saw some negative reviews regarding contracts, while I haven't had any issues, keep in mind it's a minimum two month commitment but you have to give a 30 day notice prior to ending.

I’ve been going to Modern Acupuncture for several months and it has helped with several of my pain issues. They are friendly and professional and the zen room is wonderful. It’s dark with reclining chairs that have heat and massage. There is a large screen TV hanging from the ceiling with beautiful relaxing nature scenes, if you choose to watch. After treatment they provide flavored hot tea. I’m happy with the results that I’ve gotten and will definitely continue my treatments there.

Such a lovely zen vibe! I’ve been coming for a while and the staff is very good. However this past time I had an even more wonderful experience with the sweet Heather. She listened to everything and was very insightful for my personal healing needs and really made me feel safe and held. Very healing! I will def be back again very soon Highly recommend!

I love Modern Accupuncture! I started coming back in April and have been continuing my visits ever since. I came in with abdominal pains and painful menstrual cycles, to the point that I would have a numb waist and calling days off from work. I am happy to say that I no longer experience a hard cycle anymore and my abdominal pains are gone as well. I love how the staff takes care of you and personalizes your sessions based on your goals and what you’re currently experiencing. I absolutely tried the medical world and all I got was a huge bill and medications that didn’t even make sense or help. Accupuncture has changed my health for the better and I will continue coming to the great staff and positive results! I encourage to get educated and give it a chance!
