Honest company. Thought I broke my frames and was planning to buy new frames. Instead they told me they could fix my glasses for free and did. Very friendly service and I checked out the frames and their prices were better than the places I checked out earlier. Will go back when I need new frames and lenses.

I was used to Cryzal lenses for clarity. I went in and explained this and listened. I decided to take a chance. Got new lenses for existing frames. Wow! Same clarity I was used too for half the price! Great service!

I have obtained multiple products and services provided by Modern Optical over the last 30+ years. The Chackos (owners) have helped me with my eyeglass decisions every time. I wear progressive lenses and recently switched from a rimless lightweight Marchon Airlock frame to a studious-looking black rimmed Lacoste frame. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of my new frame and lenses. Of course, the excellent customer experiences I have had with them make it easy for me to keep coming back to Modern Optical. If you have lenses to replace or be tinted/turned into sunglasses, there is nowhere else to go. There service and turnaround time are incredible!

Gentlemen took great care of me, provided a quick and efficient service, picked up my glasses same day - and he even provided a better quality lenses then I had before.

I called 04/12/2022 and "Choco" answered and hung up as soon as I said who I am. Thinking there was a glitch in the system, I called back and asked if the organization accepted INSURANCE. Choco said, "We don't accept any insurance. " The manner of his tone was of disdain that such a question was asked. I'd be suspicious that the reviews on this company are legitimate. He sounded like a corner gas station convenience store clerk. A rude one at that! Beware!

Let me begin by saying Thank You to Mr. Chacko who gave me outstanding customer service and treated me like family From the time i first stepped through the door till the time i was leaving Mr. Chacko gave exceptional professional service. Mr. Chacko is very Knowledgeable. Mr. Chacko goes out of his way to give good service. I went in for a pair of glasses and I left with the glasses i went in for Sunglasses, and reading glasses for the price of one pair of glasses at any other optical store. I was going out of town and Mr. Chacko informed me that he didn't have the lenses for the sunglasses that i would have to wait till i returned. Mr. Chacko went out of way to find the lenses for the sunglasses and called me within an hour to tell me that he had the dark lenses and all three of the glasses were ready to be picked up. I would highly recommend anyone who needs eyeglasses to go to Modern Optical not just for the selection but for the Amazing customer service and quality. Thank You once again Mr. Chacko.

Modern Optical was the only place in Houston metro area that take care of my eyeglass needs with quick turnaround. Chocky was very attentive and so helpful! The process was incredibly efficient and I had glasses in less than an hour. Chocky- Thank you so much for helping me out!
