My favorite place to get my oil changes, tires and wheels. They always take great care of me. I absolutely love their staff!

Outstanding service and knowledge. Professional in all areas to include sales and service.

Brought it in for brake inspection, fluid replacement and tire balancing. They said the brakes were just fine but I insisted they change the fluid anyway. Could have just done it and I wouldn't know the difference but they took the time to keep me informed and let me make that call. Great customer service and job well done. Car drives great and stops like new. Will be taking my RAM there as well. Many thanks.

I came in from put of town and needed my oil changed. The team was friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. The price was reasonable. I not from Jasper, but I would definitely refer this location to any associates I know that come through Jasper, TX.

1. My road hazard warranty, that was purchased to cover the tires initially, was honored beyond my expectations. MODICA fully covered one of the two tires that needed replacement.
2. The wait time was reasonable and the environment was equitable as well.
3. All costs were explained to me before work was done, along with a visible justification.
4. Once the entire job was completed, they showed me what was done, along with a visible inspection.
5. Any and all consumers should expect this type of service.
6. With that said, I will not have any reason to not expect the same with future visits and service.

Sure they got me back on road with new battery. What they didn't do was tell me my battery was under warranty at Walmart and i could have gone there and had it replaced. Which is what they did after I left I'm sure. I also told them I had vibration in my back tire that was new and they said they checked all tires and all were good. Well about 3 hrs down the road that tire blew out! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Driving from Florida to Houston and discovered a nail in my tire. We emergency stopped at Modica Bros, they had us patched and out the door less than 20 min. A+ service!

This place always jump they prices they tell you one thing over the phone and when you get there it’s another I got my breaks replaced on my car they told me they couldn’t use the ones I purchased because of some dang policy when they clearly asked me over the phone would I bring my own parts they are scammers

Great service. Got there @ about 1645 on Friday with a flat tire. I have the warranty, they fixed the tire and even rotated all my tires. Great service.

Driving through town and I found out I had a flat tire. Walked in and they were able to fix a hole in it for free! Drove another 3 hours back to home afterwards and there were no problems. Customer service was also great!

They helped me with the problem I was having with my car quickly and with excellent customer service.

Took my car for a brake inspection, because they were making a little noise. No appointment necessary, and I was in and out in under ten minutes.

The most surprising part was that they didn't charge for me for the inspection, even though there was nothing to fix on the brake system.

I don't use repair shops often, but next time I do, I'll be back here. Highly appreciated the professionalism and fast service.

So I brought my car for a wheel alignment. Then I told my dad I brought it to them my dad called me and said they tried to run game on him by telling him he needed front end parts and it was a lie cause he took it elsewhere and found that to be false. He said if he say I need front end parts don't get it they scammers.

So I went back to check on my car 1 he later soon as I walked in the guy was like he couldn't do the wheel alignment cause I need FRONT END PARTS.y'all for real this just happened so now I'm thinking dam my daddy said you did the same to him but that's not my biggest concern my biggest concern is if that was the case why didn't you contact me I just went a 1 he without a car and you didn't even fix it.this is my first AND LAST time doing business here I do NOT recommend this place thank God my daddy fix cars so I don't need them.

Called yesterday to ask if they had a night drop box for keys and told them what I needed done (Alignment). Placed keys with a note in the spot that I was told with all my info and asked for an Alignment and the front 2 wheels to be balanced. At 3 pm today I called to check on the truck as I hadn't heard anything yet, and the alignment machine was down and waiting for someone to come repair it the next day. Needless to say, now I have to drive my truck to Houston for the next 2 days with a tire that has no weights on it and a truck that is out of alignment because no one had the courtesy to call and tell me the machine was down early enough to try to get it to another shop or to at least balance the wheels.

I went in for brake Inspection for my F150 truck. After putting my truck on the rack. They came in and told me my brakes were find. That there was nothing to fix. No charge. Told me to have a blessed day. That was great, but I had just stop at another place for a price and they told me about 300.00 to repair my brakes. Modica Bros.told me the truth about my brake so they will be getting my business. Great people great integrity. That’s hard to find these days

Always busy. But always super friendly and get me in and out quick! Great customer service every visit. Won't trust my Yukon with anyone else.

We use them for service to our company units. Our units almost always come back running smooth
